Ok, so look down the good reviews for this organization it s all realtors. Recently contacted them due to our Realtor failing to disclose( she was part of the negotiations for the oil lease on the property) an ongoing oil lease on the property, even tho we made it very clear we were not interested in the property if there was a chance someone could drill and that we wanted what the owner held in mineral rights. Anyway, the case officer started accusing us of failing to disclose to the realtor where we worked. Like how does that have anything to do with anything, and we clearly told her that I was an electrician for a oil and gas company, which was why I was so concerned about someone drilling in my back yard. This place works for the realtor, not you. Don t bother talking to them. Get a lawyer!

Went to the open house, I'm a local Realtor from New Braunfels TX and wanted to visit my Texas Association of Realtors. Now I know which faces belong to which doors and departments. Smiling faces and very helpful people all around.

This review is directed at a specific realtor Adriana Veres who is associated with this organization. There is a character limit so I will need to be quite short. I gave Adriana a $50 cash fee to run a background check on me to potentially rent a property. I was told it would be sent day of. And then the next day, and then the next, for a week straight. I eventually was ran and signed with another realtor on their property. I send written correspondence to Adriana to withdraw my application and return the money which had not been used for the service as promised. It has now been over two months and Adriana continues to give me the runaround. I have heard nothing but excuse after excuse why the funds haven t been returned yet. It s a simple matter. I paid $50 to a realtor for a background check. It was never ran. I terminated and denied the request. I have written email confirmation from the background check company that it was refunded and it hadn t been paid for until after I gave her written notice. I have given her multiple weeks between each interaction. It has been 2 months and after sever polite and professional attempts to reclaim my funds, Adriana has grown rude and condescending while still failing to return my money. I d hate to know how many others this may have happened to. I sure hope I m the first and last. As a small business owner and standing member in the community, I believe I have given ample time and patience for the situation to be remedied. I have all correspondence documented and time stamped via email and text. It s a pretty unfortunate situation.
