I love Texas Ally. The broker is available to help when I need it and the Texas Ally team is friendly and prompt. None of the drama and politics that comes with other brokers. It's just simple and efficient and I have never had a problem. Highly recommend.

Used this company in El Paso. Everything was well until I had to break my month to month. Sergio refused to return my deposit. My contract was cut short. I left 4 weeks instead of twelve. Before I moved in, Sergio told me I would receive my deposit after I checked out. Of course pending nothing was destroyed, stolen, etc. He will not return the deposit and I do not recommend. Renters Beware!

Laura Cunningham is a horrible representative of this real estate group. She was rude and dismissive to me from our first interaction, and she even blatantly lied to me. She made decisions for the property owner without consulting the owner and she likely costs her clients money with her power trips and lack of due diligence. Laura should work on her people skills and treat people better. I'm not sure how she has a job with her bad attitude and lack of people skills.

I guess she thinks that she can treat people badly and lie because it's a seller's market, but she should remember that things change, and she never knows who she will need in the future. I hope the other people who work here are not like Laura and I hope they do not condone her unprofessional behavior. The only good thing that I can say about Laura is that her first response was very quick, although rude. I would not recommend her.

I've been with multiple subscription based brokers and this blows them all away - Juston always answers his phone or calls back, simple interface for closing, everything is a breeze. Highly recommend.
