Very nice staff very clean very proud that we have Texas a&m here in San Antonio go jaguars!
I have been at this University for 2 semesters and I have had a great experience thus far. Every Professor I have had had been very attentive to any question or concern I have had that particular course.
Some of the artwork that can be found throughout the University is outstanding. From oil on canvas, embroidery work, and statues are first class. If you happen to visit the campus, do yourself a favor and visit every building just to get a glance at the artwork.
The campus continues to grow at a rapid rate but they have been able to manage their growth very well. At the current time, it feels like you're in the outskirts of town, but I'm sure and the next 10 to 20 years it will be surrounded by commerce.
Have gone multiple times with our son who will graduate during Covid 2020 and before the pandemic hit. Staff for my family and I have always been helpful from pointing parents to the right direction, to asking a simple question like, "Where are the restrooms?" Ring ceremony during Covid was planned out PERFECTLY! We're just so happy our son will break the mold and graduate locally and better his future. More than mom and dad did. I have not one complaint! Thanks!
The staff was very nice and very helpful and The enviroment are also good and i higly recommened to this place to get quailty education.
I loved almost everything about TAMUSA. Classes and instructors were always pretty great. It was easy to communicate with your professors, and the campus was beautiful and growing. HOWEVER, the advisors were trash. Maybe it was all the students they had to deal with but when I first started they were quick to build my schedule. I didn t realize it at the time but they had stacked my first semester with pretty much All my elective courses. By the time I hit my 3rd semester, I was overloaded with my core classes and being a biology major, this had a negative impact on my GPA. I d love to say this problem has been resolved but my niece joined the program 3 years later and the did the same thing to her. Quickly building a her a schedule at the new student orientation program, where they cram 20-30
inbound students in a room with laptops and help them build a schedule. Luckily I was able to go in and adjust her schedule to fix that problem for her early.
Also, military affairs and the campus, despite working close together constantly, have MAJOR communication issues. They have the full intention of military first, but they don t always meet those expectations.
Well this where I work so of course it gets 5 stars but I am looking for a dispatching or recruiter position and in the meantime I will probably show up here a lot. The people are great staff, the students are focused. If anyone is looking at picking schools, it would be such a tragedy if you didn't at least visit the campus.
Very friendly and helpful staff during the graduation. Beautiful campus
