I recently had the opportunity to engage with this testing services provider, and I must say, the experience left much to be desired. The communication was often unclear, leading to misunderstandings that could have easily been avoided. 🤔
While their team demonstrated technical proficiency, the timelines promised weren't met, which caused delays in our project workflow. ⏳ It seemed like there was a lack of coordination within their team that hindered progress.
Furthermore, the tools they utilized felt outdated and not as efficient as what competitors offer. I expected a more innovative approach, given the options available in the market. 🚀
Overall, I believe there’s room for significant improvement in their service delivery and project management. While they have the potential to be better, my experience was not satisfactory.
