A Hude Mega Tesco,

A Hude Mega Tesco,

This Supermarket has everything you need. As the seasons change so do some of the relative items, as the schools open, you can also find school wear here. There is a good photo printing service and a Harris + Hoole cafe here with some nice coffee.

Side by side is also a Petrol station and a car was at the back

I asked two staff members that I could not find dried yeast. One staff told me what isle it was on. The other staff at the till was not able to help. Someone could have got it for me. I find the staff are not very helpful.

Social distancing outside the store is good but in store shoppers think its a normal day at the shops. Not following the arrows which have been put there to protect shoppers health. Also Tesco staff don't keep their distance when filling the shelves, or show customers around the shop. Customers also lean in front of you to get something off the shelf.
Also I found at NHS times dedicated times there were too many NHS workers in the same place, standing still queuing with no air circulating.
I have been shopping here for 22 years now and I have usually found the shop and staff service to be great so this is disappointing.

I travelled many miles through the winter winds and icy roads to go and pick up some essential baking ingredients such as icing pens to decorate gingerbread men with during this festive time. You would think with Christmas in just 10 days that they would have a full supply of Christmas decorating supplies. As if that wasn t bad enough they didn t even have the actual gingerbread men themselves i mean what a joke! I have lost all respect for Tesco s as a company as they have really put a downer on my day.

Security staff at Sunbury Tesco have just told an NHS worker to go to the back of the queue, even though they had their identification. Tesco management should either sort this out or get in touch with the Security company. SHAME ON YOU!

Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week ... But some such without climate is TESCO - all in all a shop without a gallery and other supermarkets next door. In the evenings, there is a madness of discounting articles with expiring dates or medium fresh meats of vegetables or fruit.

Why in this current climate (cov19) is this store doing a major refit, beggars belief..
Apart from this they are moving products around, try finding staff to help you. If I could give this store NO STARS I would.

This is a very large Tesco, upstairs is a clothing section with a reasonable selection, women's and kids slightly better in my opinion. Downstairs as well as food shopping there is a mags, books, cards and toys section. A small household items and electrical section so should cover most of you average needs under one roof. Near the entrance is also a petrol station. The only real issue is traffic and parking during busy periods. There is easy access for disabled people, with a travelator for the first floor. Plenty of staff around and generally helpful if you need a pointer to locate products.

Local Tesco for those who live in Sunbury, well it's Tesco, we all need to go there for our weekly shop, it's a pretty big one with a fairly good range. It's not quite as good as the Ashford branch for specific items mainly in the American food section and the Japanese food section, the so called 'Tech Guy's are below par for thier knowledge and experience and as with all large supermarkets every manager in the store is unapproachable, especially one specific guy who works late at night, he is a big fellow with dark skin and is not approachable, quite rude and I am really surprised he is in management when he doesn't seem to known the first thing about customer service.
As we all know this won't deter us as we all need our groceries and Tescos has always been a preference to Saisburys and Waitrose don't even come close (overpriced and too old fashioned).

Also why on earth did Tesco start using Jamie Oliver to help sell meal ideas, he is a complete Muppet, he sits back and judges what our children eat and drink and preaches about healthy food when if you look at him he has become a bit chubby over the years, I guess he doesn't quite practice what he preaches. You want a real Chef celeb to advertise you need to get Gordon Ramsay, he is great, says it how it is and you can tell he eats healthy, if Tesco start using Chef Ramsay then I'd be giving it 5 stars all the way!!!

Used the Click and Collect service where a staff member loads your car with the items you've ordered online, just to come home an realise half of them are missing and I've been charged regardless.
Will not be using Tesco's services anymore.

If you wish to purchase more than USB pen drive, get ready to be hounded by security and made to feel like a criminal, following you around the store, then pulling you aside and checking your purchases in every possible detail despite them having watched your every move including payment of said items. Then after completing the purchase, they try to tell you you're only allowed to buy one of said items despite being a clearance offer with no signage to that effect. The jobsworths need to learn some basic common sense.

This is a typical Tesco Extra. If you've seen one, you've seen them all. It has an upper floor for clothing, electronic goods, entertainment media and kitchen equipment etc. Movement around the store can be difficult with all the extra shelving narrowing aisle entrances. It's quite clean but untidy. The toilets could do with some improvement. The Harris and Hoole coffee shop is good.
