Good place to shop. Almost have everything for weekly shop. Nice and friendly staff. Sundays are quiet busy. Scan as you shop makes your visit much peaceful. Its not a good idea to take trolly full and going through checkouts.

Stores getting worse now decent managers have left.
Members of staff chatting while the boxes and rubbish all over the floor, selves empty so you can see the non cleaning of this store. When you bring the lack of cleaning you get told to leave

Great tesco with lots of variety but fuel is more expensive than other tesco's in the area, why??

Get charged to much every time I drop here with promotions not working

It's like a normal Tesco, it's big and there's lots of stuff.

24 hour tescos with huge variety of food and goods available at reasonable prices

This Tesco is the same as them all, carries all the items you'd expect and be able to buy. There is however a coffee shop here which is nice to go to with friends, it's quiet and goid for a catch up or chat etc. There is an upstairs too. There is also a carpark.

It was packed the car park nearly full but no waiting at the tills

Very easy to find products & staff helpful. Lots of parking spaces & collection point for Tesco direct orders.

It's a big tesco, has everything you would expect to find in a tesco, it is very busy most of the time. It's 24hrs and I tend to go there after 11pm when it's nice and quiet.

The staff and generally rude and unhelpful and a definite attitude pervades amongst the check-out staff. Normally I try to use self check-out. However, on the last two occasions I found it easier to be served by a till operative. I am staggered by how unpleasant they can be. Either surly or confrontational. Last week I was met with a loud conversation by a staff member telling her family members to come back so she could get them her discount. Not at all professional. This week the person serving me was aggressive and then smirked. I shall use Sainsbury from now on.

The usual tesco poor customer service! I travelled 5 miles out of my way to relax and use wifi, only to find the coffee shop had closed a 6pm - and they refused to allow me to merely sit quietly at a table to rest after a hard days work!

Good cross section of products at reasonable prices.

No M&S or Waitress but a wide choice available along with other ancillary services expected of a superstore

It's a handy shop, spoilt by the entrance/ exit and parking! It's a great useful little Tesco and the staff have always been pleasant and helpful. BUT I only go there if I'm desperate, and that is simply because of the layout/ design of the parking spaces.
When it first opened it was slightly better and then they lost part of the road forcing entry and exit out of the same lane!
At times it gets seriously busy and if you realise too late you're stuck!
It's such a shame as well.

big and nice store. customer service is brilliant. there are some limitations. no of product categories okay but choices of product ranges are limited. world food section is really small. limited choices gor fish and no fresh halal meat at all.

For more comprehensive shopping this is the store for me. I always find what I need. From fashion to electrical goods to even opticians where I've just purchased 2 pairs of glasses! Can't ask for more really.

Coffee taste like water,waitress tried to fob me off ,breakfast not to mention I wish they just sorted out the coffee without question ,I know coffee is made with water,stupid people

Easy to get to. Wasn't too busy. It was easy to find a parking space close to the entrance.

This is a good store, with a good range But it needs more parking spaces.

Has pretty much all facilities you can expect from a large Tesco store including car wash. Wide range of options inside on each aisle. PFS outside has Momentum 99 too.

Loads of products, with good prices and plenty of car parking space, the place to go

Handy for shopping but Saturday mornings at least the heath and safety is poor with rubbish all over the floor. If tesco can't fill the shelves without leaving a mess then maybe it should close for an hour each day or till customers are safe to shop without standing a chance of breaking there necks. If other tesco stores don't have this problem then maybe the managers/floor walks should be retrained or sacked

If I ran into difficulty searching for items staff were always helpful and on hand everytime.

This is probably the worst place for car parking, no structure at all. The store is busy. Clothing dept has a nice layout, in fact upstairs is nice, and the customer service is spot on.

Quality stuff and great place for all your needs and many discounts etc

Like this store for convenience in the Area, but prefer the Addlestone Branch for size, variety of food, customer service.

It is amazing you can get anything and everything there!!!!
