The worts costumer service in London, being waiting for 30min to get a bottle of whisky, extremely poor stuff service .don't go to this shop unless you don't have any other choices , one star because you have to.

I thought the lady promoting the butter had very good posture

I have to let everyone know that at this shop there is an employee that deserves a good word about. His name is Anish and he's normally stacking shelves on the Bread island. Very friendly, well mannered and has proved to be able to go out of his way from the task in hand to help you.

Huge supermarket, offering largely good value but poor service

Everything's almost always in stock, but it's stupidly busy at weekends, the car park is impossible to navigate and desperately needs replanning, and the majority of the staff are unfriendly, sometimes even rude. On the plus side, it consistently has the most competitively priced petrol in the area.

Shop elsewhere if you want the wearing of masks enforced. Majority of people walking around without a mask like we are not still in the middle of a pandemic.

Your service when it comes to MoneyGram is inexistent!!! What's the point of advertising the fact that you can get points by using your Tesco Clubcard when sending money through MoneyGram, when you're never actually offering this service at this store? Whenever I want to use it, I'm being told by your staff that the MoneyGram service it's not working. I don't even get to finish asking about your MoneyGram service and immediately they say it's not working. More likely they don't feel like bothering to do it....

Disappointed and disgusted to say the least. Called up beforehand for a game for my nephew they said its fine to come before 10pm and get it. Drove all the way there and they said they cant get it from the cupboard because the manager needs to do it but the store manager was nowhere in site. I was told to go find him and came acroos 6 employees (including the manager) having a group chat in the middle of an isle. Unprofessional to say the least. Customer service called for the manager but he never arrived as he was to busy chatting to colleagues in the middle of thr isle. FUMING

Half the staff don't know their stuff ,what they sell and what they don't .

Very overpriced fish counter at this store.you'll also notice that similar type items are missing their prices,usually the Tesco own brand has a price but not the similar product beside it.the weights and measures system as in all Tesco stores is also misleading. pricing one item by it's weight in pounds and a similar but different supplier item in kilograms is constant .

Great store but if there is an accident eastbound on the A406 (as there was recently) then you are screwed.

An excellent store full of great items at very good prices. The customer service from those on the floor and the cashiers could teach Aldi how to treat customers with respect. You also have plenty of space at the till to pack your goods and the cashier will help if they think you need it. The staff are very knowledgeable and can tell you where specific items are located. Add to that, plenty of free parking.

My only complaint is of Tesco marketing and the money off vouchers they send me for items like cat food, no cat, plus lots of other items I never buy. Please send me a general money off voucher to be applied to whatever I buy. Sending specific money off vouchers just irritates me when I stand at the till flicking through the book of vouchers only to find that I can't use any of them.

Tills slow, self checkouts don t accept hot deli items.

Free parking and a very big parking lot, easy to find space even when very busy, good choice of food items and usually some good offers, also now has an area which does eyebrow treatments which I find is particularly handy

Disgusting welfare facilities. Toilets are out of service and blocked with some plastic panels, the disabled toilet door is not closing or locking properly and anyone can bust in and nobody want to discuss the problem. At customer service desk is only one old lady doing her best to serve to queue of 7-8 people and the store manager is busy and cannot come and discuss this. In the store are over 200 people, the car park is paked up and peoples are queing at the only toilet available what cannot even close the door. Is 10am and after waiting more than 20 minutes, a woman come and withoit introducing herself is asking me what is my problem. I showed her the toilets condition and she suddenly become angry telling me that i should be more polite and speak with her nice. She then ask my name and what company im coming from and left moaning that she will teach me how to speak with her from now on.
It is utterly disgusting. I never expected this from Tesco.

Tesco is fine except for people like this man who think it is acceptable to park where they are not supposed to and then see fit to be abusive.

Great store clothing and pharmacy too . Good selection of fruit and veg . Little annoying for people which need to use the disabled and mothers and kids spaces as others use it and the shop isn t on top of it for others which need

No stocks, people are not people and waste of time. A little walk there turned tragedy. I prefer have nothing in my fridge.

Today was a good shopping experience. I got all I needed and all the tills were open so I didn't have to queue.

Rubbish only same day sell by dates or just 1 day on most fresh fruit and veg. Meat maybe 2 days at best

Large, well stocked supermarket with friendly staff

It is a Tesco store just off the north circular that sells food and other stuff that you can buy using money. A great day out for all the family with ample parking

I like this store... but there is a miserable troll on the self service till. There toy department is all over the gaff..

It is a big shop with lots of stock. Fresh fruits and vegetables, books, snacks and ready meals. Some of world's food available. Phones, movies, a bit of electronics, clothing. It is really hard to not find what you looking for.
Convenient and spacious parking including motorcycles special lot.
There is pharmacy, photography shop and toilet.
Many helpful staff walking around if you need to ask where is the product you are looking for.
The shop is spacious to accommodate comfortably many customers.

Well stocked, easy parking and spacious. Just need a fresh pizza counter. Get rid of the fresh cheese olive section not many use it.

The salad food sell by date was only for 1 day only was very poor experience today

Tesco own brand are of good quality. All my friends and family are happy to buy their weekly grocery from Tesco.

Not happy that the refrigerator for seafood has been reconditioned and now has broken down again, yesterday since this post.

Waited for like half an hour to enter, did the shopping in less than 10 but waited another 40 min at the cashout. Terrible!!!

Early Saturday was a good time to shop. Stock full people empty.

The customer service advicer at this branch was Amazing. I believe his name was Hayra. He really went out and beyond of his role to help us get access to our vehicle which was locket at a near by play centre. I am really impressed with Tesco's for hire some amazing staff. We visited on Saturday 30th March 2019 from 5 until 8 roughly.

It's got everything extra that includes a good parking as well.

Today my partner went shopping at this store. The staff were very grumpy, rude and obnoxious.The staff do not seem to like their jobs. In times like this, there s no need for rudeness !!! We definitely won t be going back there again !!!!

A large store, a large selection of goods, unfortunately the weekend is very crowded. Parking next to the store and a gas station.

If there are ever roadworks on the North circular you'll be waiting forever to get in and out of here. Plan wisely!

Called in store several times and no one picks up the phones!

Very Spacious Tesco Store.
Almost all Aisles are mostly spacious.
Suitable for disabled people in motorised chairs.

Shopping takes longer to do, running around the store finding what you need.

Parking is for 2 hours.
Impossible to do family shopping in that short time: time starting from entering car park CCTV and time stopping when exiting car park CCTV.

Tesco always has offers on things, BUT annoying that the items are usually missing from shelf. They don't put enough quantity out on the shelves of the items on offer.
If you went to a medium sized Tesco store, you'd probably find those offers on the shelves. Sad you can't get them here.

Because of low floor staffing and the floor staff organisation and management:
- Often find Not many staff around to ask questions when there are no staffs restocking shelves.
And staffs never offer customer to go to the back storage to look for a missing product item that's not on the shelf.
- And, when you don't know where an item is, staffs often can't be bothered to show you exactly where items are located. They may suggest one or two aisles.
- And floor staff suggestions (locations) are often wrong. Staffs need training on basics, and Tesco needs to adopt basic training scheme.

Frozen chest freezers sometimes notably break down and so some items not available.

Waiting benches and space available near tills.

F&F clothes for kids and adults. Opticians, pharmacy, photos.
Fresh butchers, fresh fish counter, fresh bakery.

Clothes section may at times be congested, cramped, untidy scattered.

Extensive fruits and veg and frozen sections. Tesco is best for this.

World food and Asian section.

Large section on magz and stationery.

Crisps nuts etc section limited selection I feel. Limited range of Tyrrel and Kettle crisps and nuts.

Fresh Nuts also available near fruits veg area.

Reasonable Customer service and security, depending on staff.

CCTV on entering car park and leaving car park.
If you think you might overstay 2 hours on premises until you leave car park CCTV, give car "owners" name as in car owners logbook doc, today's date and time, and your car registration to security and make sure they enter your car reg details on their system on the spot, note their name, see customer service if security are new staff and confused. Do this before going back to car. They won't cancel any ticket by phone.

The main problem with store is you can't do large shopping or medium shopping in the 2 hours because store is too large, and items on Offer are almost always missing from shelf and hardly any descent quantity put out on shelf. There are visibly no Happy Staffs. Sad.

The main advantage is that it's spacious and don't bang into trolleys easy, AND there's a Tesco Petrol station.

We go to this Tesco's quiet a bit. However I just have to say the customer service has got much better & Marco one of the Tesco staff at this branch helped my wife with her trolley. The problem was from a leaky bottle of conditioner that covered the front of the trolley & my wife's shoe. Marco spotted this & cleaned the trolley &rthe soles of her shoe with some wet wipes. He then ran off & got us a replacement bottle of conditioner. Thank you.

Great big Tesco superstore. Well stocked, goodish bakery and hot food take-out. Nothing to complain about. Pity they don't have a cafe which would be perfect. Most big supermarkets have a cafe these days with subsidised all day breakfasts and reasonable but limited hot meals but this one doesn't. They do have a few independent stalls that offer haircutting and beauty treatment along with in-store optician and phone shop. Usually have seasonal offers in the front of the store as you walk in.

I have really enjoyed the orange juice machine and I wish If you add a carrot juice machine

Decent size tescos with good selection bit crazy at self check out but still okay

Big store - costa coffee is very cosy and tucked away
