Had to get a last minute bouquet to cheer up a friend and I went in, told them I needed something bright and cheery and picked a few flowers I liked. They asked me for a price range, made a gorgeous arrangement and I was on my way. Very friendly service, gorgeous selection of flowers and plants/succulents. I would highly recommend them and plan to pick up some flowers even for myself in the future!

Yesterday was our 2nd year anniversary and I wanted to get flowers for my wife. I have no knowledge when it comes to flowers. I was greeted by Hilary and she was very helpful from the start. She helped me with the colors of the flowers and budgeting. I definitely will come back for special occasions again and will HIGHLY recommend this place my friends!

Terrain Flowers is so lovely! I had such a pleasant experience with Hilary and Darren, who are just fantastic! They are also really funny! They were so welcoming and helped me choose the best flowers for a viewing! Must needed place in the city for beautiful flowers!
I love Terrain Flowers! I was in a pinch and needed flowers for a client. I saw Terrain online, with great reviews, it was close and I went. The flowers are of the highest quality and they had some truly stunning blooms. I was so excited about how nice the arrangement was that I had bought, I forgot to take a picture of it! It was these stunning Free Spirit sorbet coloured roses that actually smelled like roses, plus pale green hydrangeas, smokey purple dahlia's, lightly purple dahlia's, and more. It was in a large square vase with some decoration on it. For a total of $65 plus tax, it was more than worth it. And I got the gorgeous Free Spirit roses to take home, pictured below. The creative staff there was delightful to speak with and to work with when we were selecting flowers and price. I had a chance to admire their other work while my arrangement was being made and everything was simply gorgeous. If you need a florist in the North York area - Terrain Flowers is it! Highly recommended!
Was hoping to support local and emailed them to get flowers for my special occasion. Contacted them a good week before and even sent them photos of the set of flowers I wanted. The staff were very responsive and prompt with arranging for pick up.
Unfortunately, due to covid, I couldn't thoroughly check my flowers and I did the best I could through a window and at a distant. When I opened my box of flowers at home I noticed that they only got 2 of the 12 flowers I showed in my photos correct. The bouquet they picked for me were the least cohesive bouquet of flowers I have ever seen. In the end I paid $85 for a bouquet of basic flowers I could have bought from Metro (tulips, chrysanthemums and dahlias). I don't mind paying $85, but at least give me flowers that are worth that price and match my photo. Lesson learned, I will just have to buy flowers in person only and after covid.
