Great doctors, they always take their time to explain everything.

This place takes very long, we can never get out of here within a reasonable time. They should really work on their scheduling system. We had an appointment and still didn't get seen till nearly an hour and the whole thing took 2 hours just to get eye pressure checked.

Extremely disappointing visit. First, the receptionist at the front desk ignored my question about a referral and didn't even try to help. Second, my husband's appt was supposed to be at 9:00 and he wasn't seen until almost an hour later. NOT ACCEPTABLE! No one bothered to apologize for the long wait (WHY HAVE APPOINTMENTS???). Finally, Dr. Lobue spent all of five minutes with my husband and did basically nothing. All he said was my husband would need more tests so we needed to schedule that at the front desk. What a racket. Why couldn't he do the additional tests right then? Because another visit means more money for him and another $40 copay for us. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to wait a really long time and get nothing in return. Oh and I might add that there is no excuse to overbook patients. Hire more associate doctors if there are that many patients. The girl up front told us my husband would have to wait almost two months for those additional tests. That's unacceptable as well.

So frustrated about this clinic, my prescription took 2 weeks before I got the printout ready. I went to their office just to get it. Poor customer service, I don t think they are working right. Not recommending this clinic to anyone. It has a good name but bad service
