Great company, great reps, great product! Ryan is the man!

We just got an order of the worst product that I have ever seen. They said too bad, we approved the art work but that is not true. We approved art work but not what they sent us. There seems to be no quality control. Order at your own risk.

We use Terminus for all of our church shirts! They are such a pleasure to work with. Great customer service. Fast shipping. You can't beat it!

First I just want to say we dealt with Jordan in the beginning and he hooked me up with Jon . Absolutely amazing service . I m neW and this is my first tshirt order and these guys worked with me after sending multiple logos and designs and nothing changed same great advice and worked with me not even just emails we had multiple phone calls and conversations. To make sure it was everything I wanted . Customer service 100/10 we can t wait for our first shirts to get in. Love the fact that I have a permanent shirt company and I ll deal with the same person for future orders. And yes there will be many future orders again can t express enough on how pleased I am with our first transaction.

Worked with Jordan for a new shirt for our clients and the whole process was very easy. Jordan replied to each email very fast and creating the order was so simple. We were able to get the exact type of shirt we needed for an AMAZING price! The print quality is the best I've ever seen and our design really pops! The shirts also came in about a week early which was great! Jordan was super friendly, we will be using Terminus again and we HIGHLY recommend it!

Good pricing, professional layout and attention to detail--they doublecheck anything they're not sure about or think you missed. Quality prints, excellent packaging, delivery, inventorying. I just wish they were even faster.

I've done two orders now with Terminus and as far as I'm concerned I won't do shirts with anyone else! They are fantastic on the customer service end of things and will bend over backwards to make things happen.

I ordered a shirt from them over a month in a half ago and I still don't have it. They have stopped responding to my emails and never return my calls. I'm running out of options, I feel this is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The money has been gone from my account for over a month. I don't want a refund, I just want my shirt.

Fantastic supplier! Hannah and the team at Terminus are first rate suppliers. They are responsive, reliable, professional, knowledgable and most of all, they do great work at a reasonable price. Hannah is TOP NOTCH when it comes to customer service! She was very patient with me when it came time to help design our logo for our company. I was so busy with work and sometimes would take me a minute to get back with her. But, when the final decision was made Hannah and her team were on point!! They had my order done and was delivered to my door step before I knew it. The T-shirts looked awesome and have had A LOT of compliments. This was back in the summer and I'm placing another order for the winter. So excited to get to work up another order with Hannah again!! This company comes HIGHLY recommended!

Even we ordered the tees for our Xmas event last Saturday 12-14, we have not received anything or a tracking #. They promised after long delays the the delivery for last Friday 5pm.
The have not responded to any email since then!

Terminus Tees is my go to screen printing company. The customer experience has been nothing but great and their prices beat all of the top reputable screen printing companies I could find. Not only is Terminus Tee's one of the few companies willing to print minimum orders of 50, but they make sure your order is just as important as ones with 1000pc + or more. Quinton my rep, was extremely helpful and with my throughout the entirety of my printing process. This dude really deserves a raise. They were true to everything they promised, and even tried to work with me on getting the price knocked down to fit my goal. Great company, even better employees.

"It's going to be a black box" I said since it's not my first rodeo and I have ordered from Terminus before. As soon as I said that he spotted the box, handed it to me and was on his way.

Quinton is the awesome sauce! If you can imagine the smooth texture like running butter over freshly grilled corn on a 4th of July weekend that is the silky awesomeness that is our new shop T-shirts from terminus.
