My technician did a thorough job with our quarterly pest control locating an ants nest. I am so grateful for his keen eye cathing this and treating it.

Oscar was my service person who came out to inspect and deal with yellow jackets and carpenter ants and he did a termite inspection and even though I didn't have termites I went ahead and signed up for protection just in case mainly due to the excellent service Oscar provided! He was friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. I wrote a note to his manager on the service form telling the mgr that Oscar deserved a big raise and promotion ppl with his work ethic and customer service skills are very rare! But I did request that Oscar still be my service person! LOL! Oscar even came back over to check the job that the termite control ppl did and he had to change a few things to make it perfect and he even explained it to me, other companies or ppl would have never told me that the job wasn't completely right. I am amazed by his dedication and service to his customers. I will add the termite control ppl were also very pleasant and friendly. Overall a great experience.

I was driving on 29 yesterday around 8 AM and the driver of a Terminix Triad car with the license plate starting with FLV intentionally almost ran me off the road. I was attempting to merge and the driver of the car speed up and almost made me have an accident because they did not want to slow down. Whoever owns this company should know how their employees are conducting themselves around the city.
