Cancelled my insurance while I need it for life saving medications and treatments

Can't even apply or click on stuff without glitches.. time to restart for the 8th time..

Been on the phone for an hour trying find out my mom's application. Got directed to what is apparently the market place. Not even the right place. Automated system is the worst I have ever dealt with. Now I'm on hold. Perfect.

These people don't want to pay for nothing your medicade that is what your suppose to do. I'm ready to move back to Ohio at least Buckeye Insurance had my back this is Ohio's medicade and a whole lot better than Tenncare or should I say deathcare. How many people have died due to Tenncare payment refusals. Some on serious conditions Tenncare is a joke.

Was on the phone with a Kiana for a while and she was super helpful with all of my questions. I know many people just like to see the bad in places like these and not many people write a review when they have a good experience, but I just wanted to say thank you to you guys and especially Kiana for all her help!

Absolutely ghetto and unprofessional I can tell everyone I talked to was young and didn t know their job nor take it serious. They didn t listen they kept asking me the same thing over and over and they were talking in the background as I was talking to them I wouldn t recommend any one call them I should ve just did my information online I don t even feel safe giving them me or my child s information!!

Automated system told me it would be a 1 to 2 minute wait for my phone call, I waited for 45 minutes and finally gave up. Coincidence? I think not... if you don t take the calls you don t have to deal with the problem I guess

It took 7 minutes of choosing options to get to a representative who did not have the answer I needed. Horrible idea. Should have never changed who we call for TennCare questions.

This is a shining example of failed government. In my 51 years on this planet I've never seen an organization filled with so many people that do not care about their jobs as well as not being knowledgeable about their jobs. They won't even take time to read the notes on your case. They have the audacity to belittle and berate the people they are paid to service. Their response time is horrible. Their customer service and assistance is borderline criminal.

I went through several automated prompts before reaching a representative. This was on November 1st 2019. I was calling about a appeal. The man was argumentative, rude, and snippy. All that just to be told he would have someone call me back after 3 days. My issue has been going on since September.
