Had to take a class there the guy at the front desk was very friendly the guy that done the class is very friendly it's just a great atmosphere unfortunately I didn't win I was there for a class

This place is stupid.. You DO NOT need a social to cash a ticket and they won t tell you that but they do tell you , you need a social and id , Also they don t give you options when you get there . I told her that I owed the IRS and they said it was Alrite , she could have told me to just not use my social and get taxed on the spot , now the $2500 is a loss because Its signed and I can t cash it an.. AGAIN, you Do NOT need a social to cash a ticket and you will be taxed 24% , TF I buy tickets for if I can t cash it

The Tennessee Hope Scholarship gave what society had labeled me as "poor", the chance to hands on show and transform KNOWLEDGE.

Very friendly, clean, practicing social distancing well the customers but I noticed a few workers off to the side in huddle no masks. But other than that oh, got lost. They should put out better signs we got off exit, turned right then right well u go up a few blocks before right, the rd had the same name was confusing. Crazy but made it.

Confusing, if you win $599, it's all yours, but if you win $600 save $180 for taxes.

The employees have no common courtesy, other than that it's amazing place.

The Tennessee Lottery has some of the most consistently inane, stupid television and radio commercials. They are overproduced bad ideas and incredibly lame attempts at humor. Plus the "announcer" who reminds lottery customers to play "wesponsibwy" is quite annoying. I guess Elmer Fudd was unavailable. On a recent radio spot the same guy is doing an incredibly off key version of Yankee Doodle Dandy, he must be somebody's nephew.

Is the advertising contract for the lottery a matter of friends helping friends or is the process competitive? It sure doesn't seem that way, I know 8th graders who could write better copy.

Tennessee lottery is RIGGED!!!! I'VE never won any scratch off or cash 3. The biggest government RIPOFF.... Why is there a draw break????? They are analyzing what numbers are being played what the payout totals so quite naturally they will drop the number that's paying out less in order to cheat the public... I played 101 and it came 201... Tired of wasting my money on this BS... It's really not for education..it's more money going into REBECCA HARGROVE'S POCKET!!!!

Yes I love to play scratch offs but Jumbo's are the worst to play now you have to buy about 20 to 30 scratch offs to get one jumbo that only has a dollar on it that tells me something is not right with tn lottory other states that I visit I win on every other scratch off if only a ticket Now RIDDLE ME THAT. TN. LOTTERY

This lottery is built on dishonesty. The money isn't for education and the system is rigged. We need a new lottery CEO/PRESIDENT!!!! Looks like we have another Eddie Tipton in charge.

No issues. Parked in front row and was in and out in 20 minutes with check in hand.

Even though they mess up my name to start with. I still give them 5 stars. Kinda hard not to when they hand you a fat check. Lol

My husband won on a scratch off. Was not their that long. Only thing that sucks is you cannot cash checks until later.
