I have major health issues specialist it's always something 😒 they just recently canceled 4 of my trips in a row 2 my specialist claiming no provider I call right behind them 2 verify find out they haven't even reached 😑 out 2 them!! I was in a serious car wreck flat lined twice had a amputation heartache etc.. they playing with ppl lives!!
I applied for their services three weeks ago and have left two messages describing my situation in which I urgently need transportation to my high risk pregnancy appointments. I have recieved no contact from them.
Their website advertises caring service and timely responses... if this is how simple contact by phome is managed I cannot even imagine how mismanaged their actual transportation is. Probably a blessing they didn't call back because I highly doubt would have ever made it to my appointments anyways.
This is hands down the most unprofessional place that we have ever dealt with, my mother has cancelled 8 visits to her doctors appointments, with them lying saying the ride was either cancelled (which it wasn't) or they put the appointment at a different time or day, not only has my mother lost one doctor, due to their irresponsibility, but twice in ONE week (this week) she has had to reschedule because of their negligence. If I could give them negative stars, I absolutely would. Completely unprofessional!!!!
This business is one of the worst businesses for transportation for non-medical transportation is very unprofessional don't come on time with the correct Vans especially a wheelchair-accessible van for a person that is in a wheelchair a motorized wheelchair and cannot transfer out of her wheelchair on her own they bring a regular van and expect how to get in the van on her own or use a manual wheelchair and this is the second time I have to wait for them to get another van for me to get to my appointment
TN Carriers is a joke. They are rude, and under their "umbrella" they have different ride providers that are worse. From not showing up and lying about it to the call center itself. Total lack of management. Any other business would FAIL.
Company is definitely on the rise and trending in the right direction.

If I could give no stars I definitely would. This company is seriously a joke. My husband reserved a ride a week ago for his upcoming appointment today that s 40 minutes from where we live. It was an hour until his appointment today and he decided to call Tennessee carriers to make sure someone was on their way to pick him up as no one contacted him about it. He talked to a lady who said they were booked and weren t able to find him a ride. Mind you he made this reservation a week ago. He kept getting the run around with different supervisors to no avail. They then tell him to call his doctor to see if he can come any later than his appointment time so my husband then calls his doctor and they said they can take him no later than an hour of his appointment time and if he can t make the appointment they will drop him as a patient because this isn t the first time they have been a no show to pick him up for my husbands appointments with this same doctor. He s had this doctor for years and now they will no longer see him again because of Tennessee Carriers negligence. Whatever you do NEVER use them for transportation because they don t show up and when you call all you hear are a bunch of sorrys and that there s nothing they can do. They are not reliable!
This company do not care about patients of any age they left my grandmother for several hours at a doctors office didn't get her home until 7pm .... when you call for someone to pick a person you wait then you call back to see what is taking so long they tell you the driver is in route to get the person ok then you ask how far the driver is they tell you the same lie as 10mins away or 5mins away ok your setting there about another hour unacceptable ..... just so angry with this company .
They are most definitely the worst, extremely unreliable, need that TennCare Medicaid Contract pulled...you might get to your appointment on time (you might) but relying on them to pick you up from your appointment,... good luck!..if you have any other way to get back and forth I strongly suggest you use it, who knows with them...
This so call business is freaking horrible. Freaking computer system always down. Drivers don't show up on time.
Work at your own risk. Low Pay for Drivers 10.50 an hour , No Holiday Pay, No Retirement Plan. PTO is less than 2hrs per pay period which is bi weekly. Not to mention out of pocket expenses such as chargers for their tablet, they will not order uniforms until 90 days.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband has missed 13 consecutive days at the place he is supposed to go for medical treatment. This is the first time we have ever had to use his insurance transportation service. The cancel and say the medical office did when no they didn't. They don't cancel appointments. I called the office while my husband was on the phone with TN Carriers. This place is the worst ever. I hope nothing ever happens to them to where they have to rely on a service that does them the same way they do people. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIARS!!!
I was told that if I rescheduled my doctor's appointment for Monday then they can reserve a ride for me. The second I rescheduled the appointment, they up and tell me that they're now taking reservations for rides on Tuesday! I just changed my appointment for nothing, are you f#$&*n' kidding me?! This is ridiculous!
Every time I request a ride I know it's been 10 or more times I never get picked up or called before my appointment and told that they cant take me even if a book a solid week in advance. It's sad my friend in a county over gets a ride every week and I never get a ride to my dr and i cany drive and there's ppl.who can that abuse this transportation and i honestly think i not getting treated fairly.
Most Times They Are On Time To Pick You Up from Home But Getting Back Home Through Them Is HORRIBLE I Called for pick up around 9 am from my appointment and didn t no one arrived until 12 noon going on 1 o clock!!!!!! This the worst dumbest Transportation ever I Like it better with Bluecare Transportation My 1st Transportation appointment they never came back and got me and my family period

I'm disappointed that we are know longer able to select our transportation company. I have used Med-ride for years. I'm disabled, and I can't get in to Mid-Cumberlands Van's. My joints are full of arthritis.
It is unfair of you to disqualify us from our rights for freedom of speech.
I'm about ready to call our local news stations, and give them my opinion regarding our rights as disabled patients who have the right to freedom speech.
This company is so ghetto and unprofessional. I'm not sure what they are doing,in office but i have missed my appointments SEVERAL times due to lack of competence. I am trying to get in contact with a supervisor or owner now in order to file a grievance against this company and it's ghetto workers.
Poor service they dont pick up their patients at all l missed 3 appointments dealing with them..They are very unprofessional when it comes to dealing with riders they seem to not care about us disabled ones on top of that they'll leave you sitting at the doctor's office until they close..Very very poor service all of the time l wish they would hire good drivers that will show up and do their jobs and have some type of heart for the elderly and disabled riders..
I ve missed 6 dialysis treatments depending on these people to get me a ride. When they look in the computer system, it states that I canceled them which is a lie. Won t be long before they have a class action lawsuit on their hands.

First off they arrive to take me to my appointment late. Which means I'll aready late. Then they arrive almost 2 hours later on day to pick me up from my appointment to take me home- the same day. I was fuming by then. This seems to be common practice for this company. Since the coronavirus hit memphis I've had to rely on carriers to send out whoever's available to transport me. I cannot wait until I have the liberty to choose my Transportation company again.
I call to reserve a ride. The give me a confirmation number. The ride doesn't show up. They don't bother to call me to tell me they couldn't find me a ride. Thanks to them I've missed many appointments
