Worst company I've ever dealt with. False accusation of infringement. Gave them the receipt and no apology. They also tried to charge an overdue fee with the false infringement while on dispute.

Wrote to them weeks ago contest a parking infringement notice, and have emailed since (called too and they said I could only do anything by writing/emailing them). They have been awful at getting back to me and I still haven't gotten anything helpful back, and now it's too late. Extremely unhelpful and inconvenient.

Stonnington City Councils Parking Department is a micro managing hole.
They would rather peck at all your faults and mistakes than appreciate your hard work.
The place is run by 2 old men who need to pass the torch to someone fresh and not so old school. The manager hides behind his 2 supervisors and doesnt really build relationships with his employees. Not a good place to work.

Very terrible institution that loves to extort people of their hard earned money without proper justification.
They issued me a fine which I paid after which they send another one and j respond that I did not receive any fine. They push me to get a statutory declaration and then respond cancelling the fine. Then they send another letter saying they reexamined the case and chose to still fine me again. So ridiculous and they wanted to fine me so much they were sending threatening letters that shouldn't be coming from an institution. They basically frustrated me to the point I paid for no reason.

So rude!!! We were minding our business taking pics in the area, and two officers walked by us . They Went straight to our parked cars and fined us for not DISPLAYING TICKETS, to which we already PAID FOR! Mind you, we were aware of the end time on our tickets, so we made sure not to overstay our welcome. As soon as we saw them take pics of our cars, we went to chase after them, but the two officers were nowhere to be found. Disappointing, companies actually work with you for security or at all.

Dealing we these people who never let on that they are not the Council has been frustrating and concerning. Tried their email address it failed tried their fax failed I ennded up sending my internal review by mail and then waited the time stipulated 90 at least for response before this time I got a penalty reminder notice , after ringing up and waiting at least 5 minutes each time I spoke to a 4 persons my effort to talk to the person I had dealtg with before was met with "they are busy"apparently a letter wass sent out requesting more information and as there was no response which hardly was not surprising because they had sent it to the wrong address they went ahead with the action

What a depressing business. It exists to make people miserable. Poor excuses for human beings.

Shameful excuse for customer service. Rise and inconsiderate. I was was hung up on when I phoned customer support.

What s the point of having permits when you guys issue fines even when there are still in effect?.

Are there monkeys doing your job ? or are you guys really that dumb at following a process of checking for a permit before actually issuing a fine, please tell me at this point you need to shout me a years worth of free parking for all your mess ups.

I will give you guys a call soon and to tell you what I really think about you, for now pause from issue fines until you know how to do it properly.

I lodged an appeal online through city of stonnington website before due date but they send me a letter with additinal fee called payment reminder notice. I called the council and they say I lodged the appeal after the due date. However I had received lodgement confirmation email from the council with online reference no as soon as I lodged and ofcourse it is before due date. So I provided the online number but they say it is not linked to their system (infringemnt number) and I need to email stonningtonparkin@penixsolutions.com. I think I confirmed spelling by repeating but it came back as error, so then I called council again and they say stonningtonparkin@"t"enixsolutions.com. I tried sending an email again and came back as an error again. I kept googling and finally I found possibility of need ".au" at the end, tried, and I could send an email to them succesfully.

First,
I don't know why the council does not print email address : "stonningtonparking@tenixsolutions.com.au" on infringment notice or at least, on the second notice (the notice with payment reminder notice) if this email "stonningtonparking@tenixsolutions.com.au" is only email people can communicate with council , regarding to parking infringment notice after initial appeal is rejected.

Second,
Online reference number and infringemnt notice number should be linked immidately once appealing fine is lodged.
At least, when people call the council, the operater should be able to access the information of with online reference number.
When loding appeal, peiople have to put infringemnt notice number, email, write appeal and submit and get online reference number immidiately via email.
I don't understand why infringment notice number and online reference number is not linked automatically at this stage.
I don't understand why the operater cannot access to any infromation from "online reference number", even if these are not linked automatically.

Third,
tenixsolutions.com.au is data.com.au
Domain name, data.com.au is simple and easier for people to remember and use. I don't understand why the council use "parkingstonnington@data.com.au"

Also city of stonnigton is public sector, why not use .gov.au domain?

My fathers license plate was copied. The car which used it wasn't even the same series of car as his. They do not check the VIN only the license plate.

Then when we alerted them to this they insisted on the police report, no, we are the victim in this, we do NOT need to prove our innocence. You need to prove our guilt.

ILLEGAL ATTEMPT AT REVENUE RAISING. Expiation notice was issued falsely, according to the Expiation of Offences Act 1996, Section 4. They make it nearly impossible to dispute a notice by allowing letters sent through the post only, and not allowing any other method of communication. They have made their dispute process so obscure in the hopes that people will give up and just pay the fine. The officer who issued the fine tried to run away and hide from me, after noticing that I was using my device to obtain evidence of the incident.
