Been here almost five years. It s a nice place for starters and very comfy. It s been hard for me with residents but things have improved. I hope to stay til I get old. It s the best place for me. It s home!

Brand new to the building. Met Miss Stacey Witherspoon. Everyone seems very nice here. I'm excited to move in and going to enjoy my private room.

I will always be thankful to Tender Mercies for allowing me a second chance at life.

This is a micro-community for people struggling with mental health issues where they can live in dignity among others who share and understand the difficulties of dealing with mental illness. An oasis of caring and compassion in a world that stigmatizes mental illness.

i guess they pick an choose who do they they hire i did interview with them signed the papers work an everything i waa an RA at the talbert house for years the lady even said i had very good experience so than 2 months later sent me something in the mail saying that the position was filled than posted more jobs openings for the new building but sent me another email saying they was filled but than posted today they had openings at this point i give up they must be prejudice or something or must not think a young black woman had this much experience an its ashame an sad

A place where respect and dignity is always being given, regardless of the situation

Horrible place the employees are horrible an treat the residents horrible it is a bad place to work, live, an be apart of

Wonderful non profit that provides dignity and security to folks who have been homeless, had substance abuse problems, and/or mental illness.

I work as a RSW at tender Mercies in Cincinnati. After retiring from the Marine Corps i was searching for something meaningful to do with my life when I landed on the door steps of Tender Mercies and haven't looked back. I thoroughly enjoy working with the Staff and The clients.The clients are a great group of individuals and despite the stigmas sometimes attached , have the same hopes and dreams as do we all. I have truly been blessed and look forward to many years with this great individuals.

Area has lots of groth and was really rought 11 years ago but with groth has become more safer
and would say good place and growing.
