New Heat pump installed just two months ago stopped working.I am on my second week waiting for it to get fixed, after calling Temperzone and leaving message numerous time still same story.Doing too much reading on the heat pump but not able to make a conclusion whats wrong with it.Not a good service as i had to purchase firewood and portable heaters.When called and spoke to another person informed their process is to get it sorted within 24 hours.Well second week its going for me without heat pump!!!

Imagine being forced to take annual leave and sick pay during Lockdown while you job keeps your wage subsidy! Robbing hard working people in daylight!

mistreatment of employees, complete misuse of sars-covid-2 subsidies! smells like unprofessional behaviour.

Purchased a Hitachi heat pump from Temperzone for a customer. It stopped working within weeks. It was a manufacturing fault that caused the issue. There was a long delay before the part was available so I chose to replace my customers hitachi heat pump for another brand at considerable cost but it was what I consider to be right thing to do when someone has paid several thousand dollars.

Temperzone were not the least bit interested in covering any of this cost and instead only offered to cover a few hours labour to cover the cost of changing the part months later.

They probably do not realize that Hitachi heatpumps are not easy to purchase. Mitre10 and place makers do not stock them and even staff recommend Mitsubishi electric. Would be nicer if they actually sell from their warehouse direct

A disgusting Company who robbed their workers of their annual leave during covid. All while pocketing 2million in subsidies! Absolutely Horrid treatment of people who have worked so hard for so long for these atrocious people.
