I went swimming for the first time in months, as from April 12, leisure centres were able to re-open. The last year has been such a difficult time and it was a very hard winter for everyone.
I booked in for an hour's session on a Friday afternoon - not too busy at all and the lanes were spaced out.
They have managed the social distancing procedures well and there is a separate entry and exit point, including a temperature check when entering the building. The lockers are not being used, but separate containers provided for valuables.
Overall, very well done and an enjoyable swim.

It made an impression to me that the whole team is working very hard to protect our health. There's a lot of new appliances, which is great.

Brilliant spa facilities. We didn't use the pool as additional price but we love the spa and pop.in every time we are down visiting. We are from Bristol and we prefer this spa to all those in Bristol. Very relaxing, very well thought out, love the addition of the salt steam and at a great price!

Just made my first visit since the covid-19 shut down. The staff have worked very hard to make changes to enable the reopening & I felt very safe.
Can't wait for the next Zumba class tomorrow

Visited here today and I must say that it is set up brilliantly, you basically have the pool to yourself as the pool is split into lanes. Staff are happy to see you back. Well done guys. Made us feel safe.

So glad to be back for swimming lessons with my little one.
It's covid safe to as they have hand sanitiser & temperature checks at the entrance, your still able to go swimming in your groups of 6. Swimming lessons are still able to go ahead, fitness sessions are also allowed to go ahead.
