Worst Customer service ever, never answers phone calls and if by chance you can get them on the phone, they tell you they will call back and you will never get a call back. I contracted this company to supply NBN and business phones for one of my friends and clients because they put me in charge out of trust, the director of Telnetworks made lots of verbal promises and came across very trustworthy to begin with, saying they will cut the bill costs down and they will get the existing contract with existing provider cancelled with no costs incurred otherwise he will pay for them and no handset rental fees. All lies all the way, the bill was supposed to be $175/month to month no contract, but they have been charging $289/month much more than previous provider. Very happy that we've switched to TPG for better NBN, better VoIP Rates and much much better price than these Clowns. Thumbs Down. I speak only facts from first hand experience
