We have been with Telnet for over a year now. Our phone system handles everything we need it to do - flawlessly. The admin interface is user friendly and I'm able to customize each doctor's (16) profile to fit their needs. We've had very few glitches and the Tech Support team has been terrific to work with. Phones are answered promptly and problems are always solved the same day. I would recommend Telnet to any business of any size.
I have worked with Telnet on and off for years now. As a phone vendor we deal with a lot of other carriers and i always appreciate talking live to a knowledgeable rep that can assist me with my issues.

We have been using TelNet Worldwide for a year now. Switching to Telnet was easy process, for porting numbers and scheduling it all. Voice quality has been great. We tried faxing through are pbx. But it's not the correct technology for faxing. We had to switch to the T38 fax service.
The one negative is that tech support feels like I get the run around. But eventual they got my issue fixed.
We have had Telnet for 18 months in our insurance agency. The phones and service are amazing! We are in a rural area, but we have had no issues with our connections. The phones are versatile and easy to use. I just set up for digital texting and we love it! Voicemails and texts are sent to our shared email, where all staff can access them, and they can be saved for our records. We also have texting, which is a great service for our insureds. When we need to contact customer support, we are promptly contacted and taken care of. I highly recommend Telnet Worldwide!
I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received from TelNet Worldwide Inc. Eric has gone above and beyond to make sure my phone call quality was nothing but superb. Our issue was that incoming calls from clients were unable to hear us due to loud static noise. 1 out of every 10 calls had this on going issue. Eric was the point man that I contacted at Telnet. From that day on he has work harder than anyone I met in my life, he keep me well informed of the on going situation day to day via emails and calls.
