Telereal Trillium stipulate that the Alder Quarter development in Aldershot are finished to a high standard, yet over the past 6 months there has been nothing but issues with the property, ranging from a very poorly fitted cheap kitchen which has not been designed to fit a very square apartment, leaking Juliette doors, leaking roof drain pipe causing water stains over the ceiling, front door is supposed to be a fire door yet they do not seal correctly allowing the flow of oxygen into the apartments. There are many other issues but these are not just aesthetic issues they are health and safety issues which Telereal do not seem interested in rectifying in any hurry. This is extremely disappointing, its added stress and If you was considering one of these developments I would highly recommend searching for another!
Like many property developers they are always looking for others to take the strain. Their money grubbing policies for traders in the arches stinks.
