Awful customer service. My daughter and I (along with my $100 bill) were clearly an annoyance for the rude a-hole behind the counter. Sorry a couple of newbs disturbed your cool. Got some caribou down the road instead. A much better experience.

the seats have no padding in them be prepared to get bruises. the carts are pretty fast I find that the carts have very little low end torque so when you have to corner you will need to drift causing you to get tossed around would be better if they had some padding... other than that I had a great time. I think I will come again

Great place to go during the pandemic. They have a great ventilation system designed for removing exhaust fumes, and assume it serves a dual purpose now a days. It was not busy when we went during the day.

Went here with 4 people did 2 races for "33$" and was charged 220$? Shouldn't I have only been charged 132$ or 172$ if there was license fee for each?? Ontop of that my kart died the first lap on the second race and I had to waste an entire lap limping back. I also was not happy with the guy working flags when trying to pass people. We might try the maple grove location again, but this was very disappointing.

The carts are awesome but the blue haired lady was super crabby and nearly kicked us out permanently because someone else caused a crash. Without her being crabby, would ve been amazing!

I do have a question, Are there any open leagues that I can be in? I have been going here at least once a year for the past 3 years (would be for but thanks covid that's another story though). Not really fun alone I did that for one race and I got board in a min so I ended up waiting for someone and I had a blast every year besides. I think that coming off the corner especially in turn 4 and 6 you get really tight with the karts this was in 2019. Probably the only thing I don't like about the karts. Otherwise there is no power steering which is fun in karts they end up being a workout. I would recommend not putting the pedal to the floor on the first lap because of the reason just stated. its got half decent prices but I still plan on coming back in the near future.

Employee was extremely rude and turned my experience into something that I would not recommend for anyone. There are many better places and I suggest going to those places. The wait was awful and any employee interaction I had was bad. The go carts had the same ride quality of sitting on top of a jack hammer. DON T GO HERE!

I just Love this place. Guys that work there are cool, and it is a big adrenaline rush!!!! I highly recommend.

I m Am a car lover and felt very let down by what they had too offer. Tracks shorts waiting times long very let down especially for the price
