A good company. Offers job to may people. The nature of the job of course varies on each department and the pressure of course. A lot of things could be better to improve the experience of the employees but who is perfect?

Nice, capable people in the TLScontact office, but Teleperformance and TLScontact specifically reeks of an archaic corporation with little concern for the people it serves. Poor website UX, insufficient and poorly designed emails, outdated technology. Not only was my UK visa appointment two hours late, but their system of managing COVID was to have nearly everyone wait outside in the heat.

Always wanted to work here, the company gives you opportunities to grow and you always learn everyday. Incentives are there to help you push to meet your goals. Great multicultural environment, you learn new words daily. It's not perfect but they strive to get better.

Leading company in the sector.
More than 2000 employees work in this detachment.
Various activities carried out seriously and professionally.
The workers live in the neighborhood around and there is always a lot of crowding.
Easily accessible by public transport, favor for Athens.
It is located in the Kallithea district.

HR Company Excellent and some incredible employees. But others who are head of the advertising and promotion departments do not have the right judgment and commit mistakes in choices by judging themselves aloft.

When you compare their facilities with other call centers in Europe, this call center gets the lowest ratings. Beyond that, management is just a word. Not a reality in this place. Athens is an insecure city and an unjustifiable expensive place. It's hard to believe that this country is a member of the European Union.

I worked there fortunately for a six months and then resigned not for work but I went to a security body. In 2007, the so-called bubble company was On Telecoms. Preface, that is. Wages on time without even delay or debt, stamps and insurance. You also had overtime that paid them and a pesky bonus supposedly to become competitive with other colleagues. I had gone through a technical department, frontline and retention. The last two segments were the best school of coolness as you listened to the car from each of the troubled customer-malicious. Relationships with superiors 1 out of 100 relatively good. The others wanted set-up on the wall and soft execution. They were playing bosses. Several pressure and fatigue. Relationships with other employees I can say excellent. Fortunately, On Telecoms was closed because there was no more scam with the world. She was eating something fine and I had read and put an end to cheating in cooperation with OTE. Fortunately, the employees were absorbed in other services, EOPYY, etc. I hope the bosses stayed on the street or made no last clerks to get their oil out. Whenever I go out of the way, I throw a sympathetic roll in this wonderful building of torture. Those who think of no such work, think the best 200 times. A saying goes, "Do not do something you would never want to do." There are creative jobs that you can OFFER and really feel from the customer's smile that you really have. And not to be hidden behind a wall and bust at everyone at lunchtime with every paraphrase that has been assigned to each ghost company, and you have the prospect of eating your beasts.

This place is a worker warehouse. No idea what type of management system they are using... But when a company needs to hire more staff constantly, to make up for the people quitting... I think it's time to have management checked out. Worst work experience ever... And I've done a multitude of jobs.

Compared to current working conditions in Greece, since the economic crisis demolished the work-pay balance, it is not a bad place t work. Average salaries are well above what most other companies pay and promotions are usually from within. Conditions are also more than adequate. Very multi-racial with good relations overall.
