The salary is relatively satisfactory with the current data and the payment is always made at the specified time. Unfortunately, here too, in order to be hired, you need to have some means (known). Update: Those who see the "positive" reviews take good notice of the registration date .. By the end of December 2018 the company company pays extra asskissers commonly gfp officials to criticize the company. It is a serious workplace. Punctual hyper payments. Opportunity for growth and meritocracy. A lot of training, many incentives. P. . not to listen to those who complain about all the jobs, they also complained about the unemployment allowance.

The place sucks! Staff argue over issues from the past and seem unable to understand your standpoint. The department I worked with rarely could help their customers. They have a system to rate the workers. Everyone argue there and one member frequently changed their behaviour without ever settling on one consistent persona to be.

The biggest place for call center in Greece. Good salaries comparing with the salaries nowadays in Greece. Too much security. All facilities are available, coffee, kitchen where you can have your lunch, this is beside the cafeterias all arround. A lot of activities, parties and trips plus cooperation with clinics and a lot of Magazins and restaurants for better price. Some departments are too much stressful but it depends.

*Pros: The company pays for the flight ticket and two weeks of free accomodation so it is a great deal if you are planning to visit Athens and flex on them plus you got 4 weeks of paid training :) *Cons: They have rigid and extremly strict rules. The teams are usually understuffed so expect lots of work, especially in summer. The supervisors in every operation are dumb as goats, and you'll end up wondering how they got promoted .. well compliance to the rules in a robotic way and being an 'asswipe' works greatly in Teleperformance. If you are from North Africa, Turkey etc ..and hoping to get an European Work Permit thanks to this legendary company, get ready for several months waiting for the permit ( you will get the Blue paper which allows you to stay in Greece but not to travel anywhere, this might take up to one year) and in the meantime you won't have no option but pick up calls of angry customers and reply to silly demands. In brief, you are stuck with Teleperformance in Athens .. there are very few options.
