The staff at TELELINK Communications Inc consistently provide superb customer service. Everyone is polite and patient, both on the phone and in person. Many times they are able to give clear troubleshooting guidance over the phone which resolves the issue. When a site visit is necessary, they are on time, knowledgeable, and the techs come prepared with equipment to address a myriad of issues whether hardware or software. Hands down, truly one of the best customer service experiences ever!

TeleLink has been OUTSTANDING and super professional with every interaction and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They've been super responsive to our needs, have always been very professional and fully transparent and really just great all around. In a fast paced environment with so many projects and pieces flying every which way, TeleLink has been one of the few components I just don't have to worry about going wrong. Telelink staff were extremely knowledgeable and efficient in designing and setting up our office phone system as we moved away from a hosted receptionist service. They were very responsive to our questions, providing expert and cost-saving advice. During this pandemic, they went above and beyond usual expectations to help us accomplish our goals.

SInce the COVID pandemic hit and we had to move duties around, I was put in charge of telephones. TELELINK Communications has the best customer service. I have had to figure out different issues and they have been there with me every step of the way. They are very responsive and I love working with Cheryl Thompson. I couldn't ask for an easier person to have to deal with. She is very helpful and a joy to speak with. I highly recommend this company for any of youor communication needs.

They have been with us through 3 office moves, always making it a seamless experience. We recently needed an upgrade to our phone system and they made it happen FAST, I mean lightening fast.
