Bright Solar Review

People are good but they need to respond on time for any new inquiry. I dont know if they like to business or not?

They take full payment before and then poor customers don't get any service.
They are big cheaters.
Those who have written gud reviews are their own people.
Pls don't believe in Bright Solar people.

Very poor service....
Within 2 months solar not working.....even complaints more then 15 times in 40 days no proper response...

My suggestion not to buy any product from this company

I m from vadodara, very poor after sales service, since last 2 months complaint about low unit generation till today problem not resolved, I have registered my complaint hundred time but they people are not trying to resolve my issue, big disappointment

If there is a facility to give minus star than I would have given minus 5 stars to this company...
I would not recommend to give contract to this company for solar panels..
No response from company members..

Not picking up calls
Even not answering on whatsapp or message
Worst costumer service I ever faced...
Ther is no communication between
Engineering and service providers...
Even service provider don't know when will your order is going to come...
Tired from all of the company members...

Im from harij(patan), we have 3KWH rooftop solar for our home. We chose Bright solar ltd
Their services are good nd staff is co-operative. They helped a lot in documentation and smooth operation. Thanks Ritesh sir, Mayur sir, Mihir sir. Their mobile app for solar plant helps us to monitor day-to -day output nd realtime data.
I recommend brighr ltd if you are interested.

Last 5 month back we given the order. Still now they not supply the motor. We paid advance payment 55000Rs almost 4 month over. Sales team there not picking the call. No response from mail communication also. Kindly give me the solution.

Worst service ever received by the company.
Starting from the beginning.....
When it comes about selling the products the costumer is GOD to them...
After receiving the payment....they don t have any courtesy to give the receipt also. At the time of the booking Mr. sunny zalavadiya was telling that solar panel will be received within 3 months...
The funny part is we got the receipt after almost 8 months then to after so many calls.
First thing they never pick up calls
And secondly their commitments are totally rubbish. Mr. Ritesh always tells that will call you after 5 mins and guess what his clock/watch/mobile/desktop/laptop etc never shows time....meaning you never get calls after that.....
It s a hearty request that don t buy anything from company
It s a big zero in everything
The installers who installed our structure urinated and spitted on our terrace....it was pathetic...
Worst people ever....!!!!
