I have never left a review for an interview proces...

I have never left a review for an interview process in my life, but would love to warn others about applying to Teleion as my personal information was given out without my consent.

Then after that, I started receiving phone calls and voicemails from prospective Teleion candidates to the hiring manager.

So curious as to what actually goes on over there. After this vexation I struggle to believe their five star Glassdoor reviews. Quite the odd little company.

Not Impressed. A recruiter from Teleion reached out to me on LinkedIn asking for a time to talk by phone about an opportunity. After scheduling a time, they missed the call and said they had double booked and needed to reschedule. After agreeing to a reschedule, they never responded back through LinkedIn. I followed-up with a call to Teleion and they never returned that call either. When you encounter this level of unprofessionalism, you remember when it comes time to hiring a recruiter to help you fill a position.

I've had a great experience working with Teleion. With Teleion I have been able to take forward steps on my career, have benefits that also benefit my family, tools to succeed in the professional world. I feel confident when I need to ask questions, every employee is willing to help. The work-life balance here is maintained well. Employees are encouraged to use PTO when it stacks up. I am congratulated at my job. Teleion brings in insurance employees and 401k advisors that you can talk to 1 on 1. Teleion thinks about its employees first and foremost and I can see this in their focus groups which employees are encouraged to attend. Can recommend excellent company 10 out of 10.

I have never felt the need to complain negatively ...

I have never felt the need to complain negatively about an interview process before, but considering the extreme drop in communication, I find it appropriate.
I interviewed for a client solutions coordinator. Got asked to participate in a 2.5 hour interview with 4 of the senior Managment from different departments in Teleion. It was 4 interviews back to back, same questions each time just a new person on the other end. I was very interested and excited about the opportunity, and they really have let me down. Each person expressed key core points that makes Teleion a great company and they number one was always communication. Well, y all really dropped the ball there. After my interview I was told I would hear from someone the following day, and I did not. I proceeded to reach out, thanking them for the time and chance to interview and looked forward to hearing from them. I got zero response, in fact I got no response until I again reached out to them 5 days after the interview inquiring about the position to see if it had been filled. I got a response advising I would hear something the following Monday.... as you can imagine that never happened either. I actually emailed them retracting my interest in the position and the company.
I find it very unprofessional to say you will update on a date and to not stick to it.
Fortunately I have the opportunity to be picky and choosy about my next career adventure, but I would not suggest anyone put themself through the experience with this company. They clearly do not value anyone s time but their own, and would be curious to know how people they work with feel about their lack of communication.

Had their in-house recruiter contact me on LinkedIn out of the blue. Wants to talk to me. Great, however he never even follows up on his own suggestion for an appointment. Crappy recruiter usually means crappy company.
