Trying to simply get sample films took over a month. I had to call multiple times, email again and again to eventually get someone on the line who could help me. I was told they serve customers of all sizes, was assured they could help me out with the film I was looking for, and that I would have a bunch of samples sent out the same day. A month later, they hadn't sent anything. When I called to see what was going on, they sent the wrong film samples, and then on top of that informed me they wouldn't be able to help me since I was buying too small a quantity of film. They wasted over a month of my time and held me up from finding a suitable distributor. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

They can't process a simple order without totally messing it up. I ordered from them for years without a problem but that has now changed in a bad way. I think they got rid of their good people and the current staff is incompetent.

Not sure what other review was talking about. I spoke with Tekra and explained our need to diffuse lighting in our warehouse for new LED area lights we have installed. They sent over a sample within a week or so, and we tried them out immediately. They worked well to diffuse light, and we are probably going to proceed forward with ordering some rolls. The light distribution eliminated the central beam from the center of the light, and distributed light evenly on a ground surface.

When delivering pull into receiving dock 1 don't follow the sign to go to receiving 2, not much room at receiving 2 to turn a sleeper truck and 53 foot trailer around. Receiving 2 is for chemical deliveries only apparently. Just stop at #1.
