Very dubious company, only had bad experience! I sent a device to this company on January 8th with guarantee coverage, got it back today March 22nd without repair and a form on which it says that the damage was self-inflicted, whereby it is obviously a material defect, I also say that I have a total of 4 these models and never had problems with them! However, very poor service, you kept half of the material and did not send it back, the service MUST be guaranteed! I still wanted to take advantage of the extremely poor customer service that is offered and is automatically disconnected after 5 minutes of waiting! Really a shame such a company ... and I'm curious if consumer protection will do something here ...

ATTENTION RIP-OFF !!! ATTENTION RIP-OFF !!!! CHEATER !!!

Bought a scooter almost two months ago, suddenly error message - device can no longer be operated.
The cover of the splash guard on the rear tire was bought damaged, which we only noticed after about 1 month. (It was torn a little)
But he broke off, but since the scooter could still be operated and driven normally, we thought nothing.
Well until the error message a month later. We took the broken scooter to Electronic4u, where we bought it to have it repaired. The initially competent employee reacted very friendly and understanding to our description of the problem, recorded everything and reassuringly explained to us that this would be safely repaired within the guarantee and that it had happened several times. Four weeks later, the professionals at the Tekpoint workshop informed us that when they examined the scooter, they unfortunately had to find out that we had disconnected the brake and that the tire was torn off but also apparently stuck on. What kind of pointless insinuation is that? And on top of that, they sent fake photos. A cheek, have paid 500 euros and now we should pay 230 euros for this repair that is not covered by the guarantee?
Both Tekpoint, which to date have never reported back to the 100 calls, and Electronic4u are cross and suddenly claim it is our fault.
Stop contacting us and just make excuses why you don't want us to contact Tekpoint.

Just a rip-off, NEVER AGAIN - BE CAREFUL RIP-OFF !!!!

I HOPE YOU WILL NEVER SELL ANYTHING AGAIN!

The very last shed there is. I bought a watch from Amazon 1.5 years ago. Now the display interior lighting is broken and the watch is unusable. I got Ganatie on it for 2 years and seller repaired or did not refund my watch. Will now hand that over to my lawyer.
