Very interesting tour and of course very delicious...
Very interesting tour and of course very delicious whiskey
Very interesting tour and of course very delicious whiskey
From purchase of tickets to the gift shop the staff could not have been nicer. Enjoyable tour.
Really worth it, the best thing done in Dublin. The tour guide has been very clear and interestingly presenting the production. The whiskey's taste at the end was delitious, choosing the second tkt type, just few euros more, we tasted 3 different ones and all were very good. I really recommend it.
Absolutely amazing! The tour with the flagship and cocktail was wonderful and the bar afterwards is delicious. Friendly staff in an authentic environment. This is a must for Dublin.
Really nice tour with funny and talkative guide. 3 whiskey samples included.
Good informationn. Nice trip round the distillery. Afterwards a good tasting with clear explanation. Nice andere propper site.
Fantastic place. The tour, whiskey experience and tasting were really good.
nice atmosphere, nice guide, nice gift shop and for whiskey connoisseurs the possibility to try different whiskey. After about 52 years, the first original whiskey distilled in Dublin will be available in 27 days
Really good disillery tour. Much better experience than Jameson or Guinness tours.
I enjoyed the whiskey tasting and the bar is cool to hang out in with an amazing cocktail menu. The tour wasn't great, it felt overly scripted, I didn't believe the tour guide when she spoke, it was like she just learned a script very well. It was like listening to a newsreader. I found the slane whiskey tour superior and I learned way more on it. Teelings whiskey is great though.
tl;dr
Visiting a working distillery is a very different experience from an exhibit where they just talk about stuff. But if you've already been to a distillery, don't bother.
PROS:
Smell of whiskey is everywhere! Which is great if you love it.
Not crowded at all on a weekday afternoon.
Ends with a fun tasting.
Special mention to Eve, a very lively and knowledgeable guide.
CONS:
Kinda small, so won't take too long.
I recommend this tour. You learn the whole process of how to make whiskey and see all the equipment used. Takes about an hour including the tasting at the end (We did the triple tasting which I reckon is worth the extra 5). Tour guide (Nevan) was really good he had a lot of energy and spoke about the company with passion. Oh and the whisky is pretty tasty too!
Great tour, lively and entertaining guide Jess really made sure we knew everything about their whiskey and Irish whiskey in general before tasting it. Good bar at the end of the tour with a range of cocktails. Very elegant and easy on the eye gift shop. Really enjoyed it (before and after the tasting) :)
Very interesting, with a very sympathic guide
It was a pleasure to visit Teeling distillery with Cormac
Great place to relax with a coffee. Ample seating. Went there on a icey cold day and it was lovely and warm inside.
Nice experience. It is a real distillery, the tour is nice, but a little bit disorganized. Overall is worthy!
This distillery was a really nice find!
We chose the 22 guided tour, with which we had the opportunity to visit all the production processes and taste three different Whiskeys.
The explanation was excellent, even if not everything was understandable being in fluent English.
I would stay here again and I really recommend the visit to everyone, Whiskey lovers and non-Whiskey lovers!
The craic is good! Had to visit the home of my first bottle of Irish whiskey. Cilian (I probably misspelled that) was spot on for the tour and tasting. A must do.
Very good whiskey tour. Single malt tour is very recommended. Real working distillery.
Truthfully only came here on the recommendation of the TSA at Dublin Airport and because it was included with the Dublin Pass. If this is the first destination for you, it s a great way to learn about Irish distilleries. It s also the first distillery to open in Ireland in over 100 years? Could be wrong but it s been a while! Very informational and you get to try both a shot of Teeling and a wonderful mixed cocktail at the end. They have a gift shop at the end of the tour and if you re feeling fancy, you can get yourself a couple glasses and bottles to take home as a souvenir!
Booked in for the tour and tasting today and it was a super tour from Cormac, the guy was so informative and funny, swift and professional. Had no hiccups at all couldn t of asked for more, amazing for
My first day in Ireland. Give this chap a raise ASAP or I will
Listening to the guide Ruairi just adds to the fun :-) great place to visit. Tasting session is good too!
As a person that's not really a whiskey fan I went to this tour more interested in the story behind the rebirth of this traditionally Irish product than in the whiskey itself, and wasn't disappointed. Martin, the guide, had not only lead us through the basics of whiskey creating but was also opened to all kind of questions the group had and quite helpfull in answering them. And, after the final tasting of some of the Teeling products, I must say that I am a changed man - there is something in a proper, good Irish whiskey that makes it.. well, a drink to truly enjoy it - and Teeling definitelly makes a proper, good Irish whiskey..
Lovely tour. The guide was very funny and very informative. The tasting at the end was definitely worth the price.
Really nice
You can even do your own whisky bottle with your own label. Great.
This was an excellent tour of their facility. The tasting afterwards was great as well. Everyone that I talked to was super friendly and knowledgeable when I asked any questions.
We did the single malt tour (with tasting afterwards) for 50 euros pp. It's a more private tour so with less people and you get to taste 4 different kinds of whiskey.
We've learned a lot thanks to an awesome guide and it was definitely worth our time, money and liver! One of the better whiskey distilleries out there!
Nice and interesting but too commercial as a visit. A little expensive for what it is. 4 stars for the originality of the place
Had a fun and very educational tour from a very passionate guide. If you are in Dublin you should definitely go here. Really recommend!
Nice cafe/restaurant and a good bar in a nice old building
Nice place, good guide, quite expensive if you're used to Scottish distilleries but cheaper than Jamieson at least! Stingy on the samples but I guess most of them are these days.
Good info on manufacturing. Unfortunately cheaper at Systembolaget in Sweden.
Visiting this distillery was a project for some time, I was not disappointed.
We are superbly welcomed, the visit is cheap, and the staff really friendly.
Nice guide but you have to master the English a minimum to follow.
Friendly tasting, and the bar of the distillery is very beautiful.
Passage for whiskey lovers passing through Dublin.
Memorable experience.
A great tour with the most important thing about whiskey from Dublin.
Excellent tour of the distillery and whiskey tasting thanks to our guide Eve!
Great tour one of the best in Dublin. All staff certainly well trained and knowledgeable on whiskey.
Visited Teeling on Sunday. It is a very nice, quaint working distillery. The tour by Clare was informative. If you want to visit a functioning distillery, check this place out.
Very informative and professionally welcoming. Thank you Anthony
The Tour was very interesting and not too long. Our guide Fran did an amazing job with her loud and clear voice.
Definitely not a cash grab or tourist trap. The people at Teeling really care about their products.
English guide who speaks super fast. He delivers his text regardless of the group. Group of 14 French and 8 English speakers.
Visit useless. You might as well look on the Internet and buy the whiskey elsewhere. And enjoy with friends.
Friendly staff and great service. We didn't do any of the tastings but of the ones we saw, the people were having a great time. We had Irish coffees and we all agreed that they were the best we have had in Ireland. They use a special concoction of cloves and reduced stout and it was phenomenal. Feels and tastes like Christmas already.
Fantastic place. If you like whiskey, sure make it to Jameson, but don't miss this one as well. Great presentation, and you actually get to see all the parts about how it's made.
Really excellent tour of a working distillery. Great tasting at the end too. Highly recommended.
Excellent tour. See, smell and touch the actual process of this whiskey being made. A far superior tour than the Guinness if im honest. Can't recommend highly enough
Very interesting, full of information, open to questions, really good to visit, specially after Irish Whiskey Museum.
Beautiful distillery in the heart of Dublin. The tasting offers are also suitable, as everyone will find something. Only the bar staff could be a bit more open and explanatory
Really enjoyed the tour. It was short and sweet and great to get to walk the factory floor, instead of a museum type tour. Whiskey was fantastic also. Yum yum
Best experience we've been to in Dublin. Our tour guide (the Canadian) was great, very knowledgeable and passionate. Lovely whiskey and the cocktail was amazing. Definitely worth a visit.
My husband and I love Teeling. The tour was wonderful and the whiskey is terrific. The staff is very friendly and we felt like we were at home. Ross, at the bar, was wonderful and his recommendations were excellent.
Great tour. Well worth a visit. Eve was a great tour guide.
Good tour and a nice facility. I really enjoyed the whiskey and the Teeling story. I look forward to seeing what they have to offer in the future. Keep in mind that they are not yet serving aged whiskey made at the Dublin distillery yet (it's only been up and running a short while) it is from the family parcel though. And it is so good. I highly recommend the single grain whiskey. Do keep in mind that my tastes may differ from yours. If you're going as a group or a couple, it pays to get two different tastings so you can sample a larger selection of their offerings. The small cafe is good for a snack and a coffee as well.
When John Teeling asks you why you re walking the wrong way up the stairs, you d do well to spin around join the Legend. My lady and I had the pleasure of a tour through one of the best distilleries in the world, skillfully lead by the remarkable Cillian. Our loyalty lies with Teeling.
Really enjoyed the short tour with Cristin. Also the offered tasting were great.
If you like Whiskey than it's a must see.
Really nice o well arranged with very good guide! You got a clear picture of both whiskey making and the history of whiskey in Ireland!
Skip Guinness and Jameson and head straight to Teeling! You'll get a wonderfully informative and witty tour inside their actual distillery. Go for at least the Trinity Tasting - you'll get 2 more whiskeys than the cheapest option for only 2 more.
One of the best distillery tours. More intimate than Bow Street and a lot less busy. Really fun and knowledgeable tour guides. Loved the fact that my wife and I could take different packages because she doesn't drink and still go on the same tour.
Single barrel rum cask is an absolute must try
Great experience, you can see the production and taste an excellent whiskey for a reasonable price.
Very good Irish coffee.
Love Teeling whiskeys, great tour of the distillery and lovely to learn the rich history and heritage of Irish whiskey in general! Would recommend to anyone considering a whiskey tour. Our tour guide Ina was lovely and a very good presenter!
Informative and interesting tour of the distillery. Not a fan of whiskey, but the whiskey cocktail they made at the end of the tour was tasty!
Very nice tour and in a short time learned how to make whiskey. The tasting makes it off
Great Tour from Connor. Very insightful and informative and a good laugh too
A miserable service!
After visiting the Guinness Storehouse, we head to Teeling. Before that day, I had a thing for this distillery that is trying to compete with Jameson. It does not come to the ankle of their competitor. Their stout cask whiskey is more expensive and less good and the distillery's visitor center is disappointing. We were unable to taste whiskeys without going around, we fell back on a cocktail that took forever to do.
If you like whiskey, Teeling is a must visit, they offer cheap tours that include tastings. you can choose a whiskey/cocktail tasting or a more expensive all whiskey tasting. If you haven't had enough you can get cocktails and whiskey at the bar.
The distillery tour is short, but the difference from other whiskey distillery tours is that it's of a currently running one. So it's quite a compact one, but has a very nice modern style to it. You can see from the tour how Teeling ambitions will make them a great brand. The whiskey tasting at the end was just lovely! They also shared a whiskey cocktail recipe that was part of the tasting
Great tour. Great whiskey. Recommend the single malt!
Visited with my wife.Tour was absolutely amazing! I can highly recommend. Real tour with great guide Rob! Fantastic experience, thanks for lovely afternoon
Whiskey made here will be ready in a few years. Only been opened for 2 years. Whiskey needs 3-5 to mature.
Amazing tour by Cormac was informational and fun. Highly recommend going!
