Bison burger is the best burger I have ever had. Nice people, I have visited 3 times in 10 days on my trip out here. Recommended New Mexico bison burger!

I had an OK experience, the place was short staffed, but once I got a table, the service wad good and accommodating. Definitely will try again sometime soon

What a wonderful date night. Food was incredible and Ryan our server was outstanding!

Little bit of a wait, but it was well worth it. Took my phone number when we arrived, so we didn't have to wait inside. Dinner and service were both fantastic.

We dined after a hockey game and found the results to be very different than when we usually eat here at a more normal dinner hour. The wait staff was trying very hard to keep up which I am sure was difficult given that they were hit pretty hard with a rush all arriving at the same time from the arena. They ran out of a lot of menu items (onion rings, chips, half sours) so it was a little disappointing in that we couldn't get what we had been planning too. Both my husband and I ordered Bison Burgers. They were both large and juicy but neither was cooked the way we requested (medium but we both received well done). They still tasted good so we didn't complain. All in all, we enjoyed our visit but would highly suggest visiting during lunch or dinner hours and not an hour prior to closing as the experience is a little more lackluster at the end of the night.

Always absolutely incredible. Try the bison and have it melt in your mouth. Thumb through artisan burgers. Have a mule. Try real cucumber pickles. Order for take out. Compost your recyclable straws. Feel full in the best way.

I visit Ted's EVERY time I'm in Columbus. Buffalo, beef and chicken options. Recommend the meatloaf!!

Absolute burger perfection, and great staff. They legitimately appear to enjoy what they're doing and who they work for.

First time there. Staff was great. Friendly. Fast. Food was very good. My family shares so all 4 meals were great. I would eat there anytime.

Service was poor, and the food was mediocre. To long for server to even acknowledge us let alone bring us water. Multiple time the server walked past our table to bring something and she just set it done and kept waking. My food was actually pretty good, but others in my party were not so fortunate.

I've been here several times, and our visit last week was not very pleasant. The food was good as usual (rather salty for my taste), and our waiter was great. My reason for the 2 stars would be the host & hostess who "greeted" is at the door. We were clearly an inconvenience to them, and when I asked a question of the host, I received a very snide answer. I think we will stick with our tradition of going to BDs Mongolian grill.

Best place to work and dine at in the Arena District!!

Superb bison burger with fries and onion rings. The onion rings were coated with a light and buttery batter.

Bison NY Strip and Bison Filet were outstanding. Restaurant was full prior to an NHL hockey game. Dinner service to table was just ok. Bar to table service was slow.

Sorry but this place is a one star. Dirty glass. Dry steak. Staff 2 stars.

Amazing experience here on a rainy Sunday. It was nearly empty due to the weather but the app and burger were absolutely fantastic.

The bison is kind of bland, but healthy. Load it up with extras and it is good. Great place to dine before an event at Nationwide Arena. You can call ahead to get on the waiting list.

Very nice and friendly staff. The cod sandwich was delicious.

A good place to go before a Blue Jackets game, but you have to get in early or have a reservation if you care to eat before the game.

2nd time going and just like the last, the service was great, and the food was just as great too! Can be expensive but worth it IMO.

Food was far beyond what I anticipated. I wasn't even very hungry when I sat down, but ate all of my bison burger with side of fries. For being "well done" the burger was still juicy and flavorful, not dry at all! Olivia, our waitress, provided fast, friendly, and professional service on a night they were fairly busy, though not swamped. I've already recommended this place and look forward to going back myself.

Wow. Im pretty sure I now know why Dublin location closed. Unbelievable the horrible service we got from Dylon what a joke. The bar staff is rude and horrible. Food was naturally good. But for what I pay for a burger and a beer I feel I shouldnt have to get up and ask for anything. No plans to return.

Update: sent email as requested and just as poor as the service no response was ever acknowledged. There is a definite need to evaluate the staff not only serving but representing "management" clearly.

Food was great as always. Staff was nice and attentive. We will be back again.

Great atmosphere and a good place to eat before a Bluejackets game. Bison burgers where tasty and looked amazing. Going back again in near future for the Bison steak

Food is not desirable.
I ordered ribeye and it s too salty. Sides are also way too salty, especially the fries. Fries and onion are deep fried, not my style.

My girlfriend ordered salmon, not fully cooked and taste strange. Dipping daises are fine though.

We also had a grill shrimp as appetizer. Not salted at all. It is shrimp and it is just shrimp. Don t expect too much on this one.

Overall:
Dishes are either too salty or not salted. Service is good. My girlfriend and I don t like the food. Won t come back again.

A little expensive if you want the "better" option of bison burgers but a good selection and quality food. A nice small outdoor seating area. Steps from a nice little park and the arena.

This was my first time coming here and that chili was so good! The customer service was great and will be coming back soon.

First experience with bison meat, it was pretty amazing

So I really enjoyed my food and the service was really good. However we both ordered a burger and the bun was not toasted in any way, it tasted right out of the bag. Which equals a soggy burger. Which was also surprising considering a lot of the menu was burgers. Had the bun been toasted or grilled it would have been really good. Small details can make the biggest difference!

Out Standing Bison Beef Burgers, Great food and wine, Period. Service was great!!!!

My wife's crab cakes were inedible and the fries seem like they had been under a heat lamp for weeks.

Our steaks came out perfectly cooked, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommended!

I had bison meatloaf.. my mom had salt and pepper trout.... she's been looking for a restaurant that served it.
If you haven't had the pleasure of eating at Ted Montana....GO... YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED

Such a great experience. The bartender there was fantastic.

Staff weren't very flexible with a large group. Some staff were rude on the phone as well. I gave it 3 stars as the waiter we had was ok. The food was excellent too.

While the restaurant does convey a certain "authentic" feeling country western vibe, and the bison that they pride themselves on is quite good; the servers are undertrained and the food seems to focus more on quantity than quality at the price point.

Friendly and FAST service. The food was delicious! I recommend the Bison Meatloaf.

My boyfriend and I ate at Ted's Montana Grill prior to a Blue Jackets game on a Sunday eveing. We arrived at 4:30 and the host put our name down and told us he would text us when our table was ready. He gave us an approximate wait time of 45 minutes. We returned after 45 minutes on our own accord and our table was still not ready. I noticed another couple were sat prior to us. That's when I asked him, after a total wait time of an hour, if we were next. He looked at his list and said we were not on it, after acknowledging that he had put us down earlier. He tried to remedy the situation by seating us next, as if he was doing us a favor.
We ordered the bison nachos which were average. I ordered the crab cake entree which was overpriced for what you received. My boyfriend ordered the bacon cheeseburger. You get to choose between beef or bison for your burger. He chose beef and said the patty wasn't seasoned. Their meat is what they are known for and should be the shining star of the meal.
It was disappointing and overpriced with poor customer service. This restaurant is a prime location that needs to be replaced with something that all visitors of Nationwide Arena can enjoy.

Do not order the trout!!! Tasted off although it may have been the stuff they put on it (and I ordered the salt & pepper trout). It was not fully boned and I couldn t even tell that it was trout (one of my favorite fish). Total waste of money. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Although I guess the steaks may be ok. Montana is supposed to be known for trout as well as for beef so we were not prepared for such a poor meal.

Dessert was wonderful...chocolate brownie with ice cream

If you love burgers, i think its one of those place to grab a bite :)

Delicious, but the service was exactly ok. I assume it's because downtown is dead and no one is going for lunch. I suppose I should be thankful it's open.

Food is always good at Teds but our waitress was terrible. She brought the wrong drinks and tried to say thats what we ordered. She then brought out my food. I was very specific what i wanted and it was all wrong. She then tried, again, to say thats what i ordered giving me attitude. I suggested she write down what i wanted. She didnt. The manager brought my remade food and it was wrong again.

This is a nice romantic kind of place. Great Bison burger's. Well mannered staff very friendly.

My top scene for american food. don't fret if it's busy, it is worth the wait. it has a cool atmosphere.

Nice atmosphere, great staff and a killer steak. One of my favorite places in Columbus.

We stopped here before a CBJ game. The crab cakes were delicious, one of the best I have had with real lump crab meat. The wine list is good, and the Bison Berger was also satisfying.

Crab cakes were great and the have Buffalo( bourbon drinkers know what I mean)!

Great meal, steak was under cooked, taken care of instantly with a smile.

Ted's was wonderful. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and since the weather was great given a choice between sitting inside or out. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was perfect. A fair beer selection was available on tap.

Didn t get to try the food, was seated by a server with the personality of a reptile. 10 minutes in and no drink order taken. We decided to leave. Sunday afternoon, the place was not at all busy. Get it together Ted s.

Ted is a great place for bison burgers or steaks. Though this location usually has the WORST SERVERS EVER. Though this time we had GREAT SERVICE thanks to our server named TREVOR. He took great care of us and our glasses were never empty!!!

Bartender forgot my drink and offered me a cookie instead. Im not a three year old kid. If im paying 40 for two burgers, that were just ok, I would like what I ordered.

Stopped here while traveling. They make some gigantic bison burgers. I got a very tasty chicken sandwich.

Delicious food and friendly staff. Meter parking available just outside the door with a few parking garages nearby as well.

This is where my friends and I go before the CBJ games! The food is great and reasonably priced.
