Worst experience anyone could ever imagine,
I dropped a phone for them to fix, it took them 3 months to tell me that the parts weren t available, 3 months!! when i could ve taken it somewhere else to fix in a week, literally wasted 3 months without them even updating me.
Bought a new mobile 3 weeks ago from du online and had a defect on the mobile. So Pedigri fixed it . So far no issues yet. But feel sad and betrayed that a new mobile had an issue within a month only after usage.motorola edge not a very recommended mobile to waste 3k+.

Bad service, they replaced the cracker screen of my iPhone 6S back on May 2016 and after about 3 months the screen literally glued off the iPhone, called them and they told me that their warranty is limited to 30 days only and I have to pay agian for a new screen!!! I tried to explain to them that this is workmanship issue and they should at least re-glue the screen back to the iPhone, they kept saying the warranty is limited till 30 days!!
