Went here to grab 2 slices of pizza and zappolis for dessert. The young lady that ringed me up had on gloves. Was eating her pizza she made.. ringed me up and took my cash. Then proceeded to make my food with the same gloves. I was really in awe that she didnt know to change her gloves. Wow. First time coming back to rennas for awhile and now I probably wont try again.

We just had the most awful experience at this Renna s. We are long-time, loyal customers. We went to use a Local Flavor deal- a legitimate discount- and we got the WORST attitude from one particular employee behind the counter. This is NOT ok, and not how you treat loyal, paying customers. Will not be returning. Thank goodness Biggie s is opening another location!

I went to this Renna's Pizza location (the Baymeadows one) today (April 25, 2021) and I walked out without ordering because the employees weren't wearing masks. I should have known not to even bother entering when there was no signage on the doors saying "masks required", but it was way worse than I thought. When I approached the counter, the guy behind the counter was not wearing a mask. When I asked if he was going to put one on, he said he didn't have one. We're over a year into COVID and YOU DON'T HAVE A MASK?!?!?!?!?!!!!! WHILE AT WORK???? IN A PUBLIC FACING JOB???? When this guy went to his other co-worker to speak to them about it, I saw she wasn't wearing a mask either. I promptly left because food service employees not wearing masks during COVID is completely unacceptable. This is disgusting and infuriating. I've been going to various Renna's locations for a decade, but this was the first time I've ever visited this location. I will never visit again.

We had Pizza, Lasagna, steak and cheese, calzone, meatball and spaghetti and lunchtime slices , over a couple of visits. I would recommend the Pizza,Calzones and steak and cheese as 5 star, the lasagna 4 , homemade meatballs 3. The slices for lunch also very good. I will continue to frequent this location. I definitely will try a few additional dishes.

This is by far the best pizza I ve had in a long time. Unlike a well known place I previously went to, Renna s puts ingredients up to the edge of the crust. The pizza crust is perfect too. Renna s is a little further but well worth it.

I've been to Rome and Florence (sorry no Naples yet ... and if NYC counts, then yes as well) ... would not consider myself a pizza expert but I did learn a few tips from my Italian friends about a good thin-crust pizza (since I am not a fan of thick crust) - does not matter how thin the crust is, you should still be able to feel the different textures of the crust - crispier on the outside and soft in the inside and Renna's can absolutely deliver it. I was also impressed to find out the owner actually prepared and baked the pizza when needed. Friendly and very accommodating staff and owners, especially with our special requests. Not a huge menu but it certainly has everything I need when I crave for good Italian food.

With Native Sun's closing, wish Renna's will consider adding vegan cheese option to their menu.
