Personally i had a poor experience with this shop and would like to give feed back to workers considering working here through a temp agency. Maybe it is only a problem for temp highers however my contract was canceled because of "wandering around" however you were not taught of the schedule or where materials were to be found or even how to tell what job was next. Furthermore you were instructed to go find your lead guy and as me and other coworkers did so we managed to get in trouble for following directions and on the other hand if you stood around and waited you would also get in trouble. So i would advise taking caution when seeking employment here as they seem to be very unorganized and unclear on instructing properly. My first week and a half i was completely lost without guidance to do my tasks properly. Also, a miscommunication among workers as i was told to go buy tools and that the shop could not supply them only to find out later that the shop had all the necessary supplies and i bought good tools however without reason.

It was like amassing people to work with and great atmosphere but their systems and processes need refined to where the machine operators aren't required to do so much paperwork. The paperwork end should be done by office personnel,because that process slows production down to a snail's pace. Ten orders come in before one gets complete.

Great place to work!! They treat their employees extremely well and the environment is fantastic!

This place is ancient. Bunch of cool history. The temp service I use fed me some false info but no harm no foul. Chris the lead is a good guy and very helpful. But its my first week.. We shall see..

Worked there for a short while. Had a family death that hit me hard. They acted sympathetic then called the staffing service I worked for and let me go. Sent my welding gear to the office and I noticed that my wedding ring that was in my bag was gone.
