My estate agent gave me a list of cleaners to carry out my end of tenancy clean.. after speaking to them all, I've decided to go with techne Solutions, mainly because they provide a guarantee where they return to the property and carry out a second clean for free if the landlord deemed the property required more cleaning. I felt that would have given me the best chance of getting my deposit in full. Even though the price for the end of tenancy clean was slightly higher than the competitors, I though it was worth it.. and it turns out that the reason Techne Solutions provide this guarantee is because they know that they will not need to come back for a second clean! When the cleaning crew visited the property, it was as if it was a scene from john wick (the first one of course). 5 people came in to the property, they all quickly took a look around the property, and then in complete silence, everyone picked a corner and cleaned like their life depended on it! They cleaned a two bedroom (with carpets in the bedroom) in about 2.5 hours, they left everything spotless! Suffice to say.. I have now moved out and my bank account has been credited with my deposit in full! If you are looking for an end of tenancy clean.. look no further!!
