A fabulous, 5 star IT service on the Gold Coast. My Macbook Pro's hard drive went BANG with major work deadlines looming. Tech Help Direct drove to my house to assess and suggest the best and most affordable/quickest solution to get me up and running ASAP. I now have what feels like a zippy, new Macbook Pro after Daniel installed a new SSD, cleaned up my mac and restored a back up - all this on a Friday (public holiday) ready for me to collect on a Sunday morning. Quick and painless. Excellent service. I've used Tech Help Direct's service previously and will definitely use again. Many thanks!

I cannot write enough good things about Tech Help Direct. They ve answered urgent calls to assist on days when we d have lost thousands in trade without a quick solution to POS issues. Tim has extended himself to liaising with our POS company and ISP to resolve issues regarding our wifi that was creating missed orders and a good deal of stress. Highly recommended outfit!

Tech Help Direct were professional and well-organised. The consultant who attended my home, Tim, was excellent, exceeding my expectations by addressing my network issues, providing additional info and answering all the other IT questions I posed. My home network included Telstra cable modem, Apple TimeCapsule, WiFi and Cat5 Ethernet, 2 x iMacs, Apple TV, Samsung TV, multiple iPhones & iPad, a couple of laptops (one Windows), the list goes on. All devices were optimised and in the months since, not one recurring issue. Just what the doctor ordered.
