my iPad needed the screen replaced. I found the service friendly, knowledgeable and a fair price for the work needed. The crew delieverd the repair a day sooner than expected, a nice added plus.

Will not recommend. Tech says he can fix guaranteed price then jacks it up double the price he initially quoted. From 180 to 270 had to pay. Complete rip off. To note my ipad wasnt even fixed came home to find it's in chinese language and the volume button no longer works. Regret going here to begin. They have no idea what they're doing. Rated big 0.
I came here today to fix my destroyed iPhone 7. I had no idea what was wrong I didn t even know if it was fixable. Thankfully Eric had explained to me how the process works and that they will be doing everything to find out what was wrong with the phone. It took them about 3 1/2 hours to get everything done. Thank you once again Eric and Ahmed.
The crew at Tech Depot were extremely helpful! They upgraded my laptop and I was locked out, they were able to get me back into my laptop. They are very friendly and worth the drive from Brampton.

Went here this morning to see if they could fix the screen popping out of my iPhone. The man working there seemed reluctant to answer my questions and generally annoyed that I was there. Plus he wouldn't give me the specifics or even the brand of the battery they were going to put into my phone and only said that it is "better than OEM". Bad customer service and will not be taking any of my devices here.
Also their store was pretty disorganized and not visually appealing at all.
I water damaged my laptop, went to Tech Depot for help. Today, I got my laptop back working with all my data! Omg, I'm so happy! The service was great and all the employees are very helpful! I highly recommend this place!

These guys are my go to place for any computer and technology repair. The first time I needed to repair my laptop's screen, I brought it to another repair shop that held onto my laptop for over a month and they never ended up getting a replacement screen for me. I brought my laptop to these guys and it took them two days.
Ever since then I have brought all my tech issues to these guys. They're professional, nice and FAST; I have gone and had my own and family member's laptops repaired here multiple times and it took only a few days for them. They were also quick to communicate and call me back to let me know what was wrong with my laptop (within a day of me dropping it off).
Every employee I have interacted with here are nice, helpful, friendly and professional. Their prices are great and above all, these guys are honest and great. Very trust worthy and amazing place, definitely a place you should bring your business to.
Apple said they couldn't fix my phone when it wasnt working and said it was not worth fixing, so I brought it here and they were able to fix it no problem!!

Last night I needed to have a phone immediately. I called cupple of places unfortunately every store was almost closed . Tech depot was nice enough to understand my situation and he stayed open late till I get there and buy the phone. He took his time to explain everything plus I got a good deal.

I came in when Ahmed and Gary were working. Professional, awesome customer service and a great place if you're looking for very reasonable priced technology. I ended up getting a pretty sweet deal on a brand new, unboxed, factory unlocked phone and Ahmed threw in a screen protector and case! Tech Depot drives pretty good bargains from anything to TVs, laptops, tablets, etc,. Also gave me peace of mind purchasing from them compared to black market listers as they get their inventory directly from the manufacturer. Will definitely be coming back to Tech Depot to serve me, my friends', and family's future technologic needs.

Been shopping here for a while and have always found them to be professional and knowledgeable (rare these days). Work in IT so appreciate the straight up answers and goods at reasonable prices. Suggested them to a few clients for out of warranty repairs. Prefer to send my money their way and support a local shop over big box stores with untrained staff just trying to make a sale and not knowing enough to actually find solutions that suit my needs.
These guys have earned my business. And for those saying the staff are fishy? their tech guys first, sales reps 2nd.... I'll take a tech guy selling to me over a smooth sales rep any day of the week.
