TechDefenders made the process very simple and provided everything we needed. It was easy and fast.

Super great company that has a ton of loyal and great workers that are really doing the best work they can do. TD does really amazing work, especially with how small they are. While it isn't perfect, they do everything they can to please the customers and make sure everything is fixed up before sending it back. (: I am very please with Tech Defenders and their work. Tech Defenders is the real deal. The process was extremely easy. They send you packaging and bubble wrap to pack up your devices. The time from contact to delivery of check was very long but most of that was my fault as some of the devices had not been unlicked. I was sent the list of locked devices. After unlocking, the process went quickly. I highly recommend them if you have old devices that you are trying to offload.

Tech Defenders was a wonderful company to work with. My small school was discarding some older iPads. The process was easy and they were very fair with their assessments. Alyssa Anderson was great. She kept me informed regarding the status of my equipment all through the process. I highly recommend Tech Defenders if you have older technology equipment to discard.

Although I worked here briefly, I enjoyed the co-workers I had here, and felt very valued by the people that ran the company. They always listened to your ideas for how to help the company grow. The higher ups at the company never made me feel belittled here, which makes me smile. Human Resources was helpful and I applaud the work ethic that this company has.

Their customer service is incredibly fast and helpful, their work is high quality, and their tracking system is easy to use and provides valuable reporting features.
