Wow...found an honest service department for our L...

Wow...found an honest service department for our Lincoln! We thought we need brakes and had authorized replacement. But, they called to say we really didn't need them. So, instead of hundreds of $$, only spent a little for regular service. Nice to have honesty like that! We will return for all our service needs, maybe even a new model in the future!

From the moment I stepped in I got the best service. I then left and went to other dealerships to explore different cars and kept thinking about the car I first drove and how helpful Rolando was. The service was incomparable. He truly cared about me. It wasn t just selling a car nor did he make me feel like a customer even once. When I was with him I was family. Because of you Rolando, I will forever pass out your business card. Thank you again.

Had a great experience buying my new F-150. Had originally looked at one truck on a Saturday which ended up selling when I went back on Tuesday for purchase. Luis was great we went and looked at other trucks available and I ended up getting an even nicer truck!! The whole process from the time I walked in the door to delivery of the new truck took about 3 1/2 hours. Everyone that helped throughout the process was super nice.

Mark McDaniel is very knowledgeable and experienced. Mark and Rocky (manager) tells you like it is and never lead me astray or tried to be untruthful about any aspect of my deal. Definitely will be using Mark again and recommending him to everyone I know. Team Ford has been my dealership for 6 years and I will never go anywhere else. And I absolutely LOVE my new Ford F-150!

WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL experience!!! These superlative words describe how elated I am to have done business with TEAM FORD. From the moment I stepped out of my Jeep (traded in), to the moment I drove away in my new BRONCO SPORT, I was well treated by DARRYL, MICHAEL and several other TEAM members. As I mentioned to the manager, I was very impressed with DARRYL - such a "well - oiled - machine". His knowledge and professionalism are THE best I have ever experienced when purchasing any vehicle! Not only was he friendly, but, also, SUCH A GENTLEMAN! I loved his expertise and patience and SUPERB manners. Michael was another wonderful gentleman of the same ilk. Michael's detailed explanation was fantastic! It was well worth the longer drive. Thank you, EVERYONE, for welcoming me back to the FORD FAMILY!

Best car buying experience I have had. I worked with Michael Ramento, Cory Medina and Mike in finance. All were friendly, responsive, professional and did what they said they would do. It was an easy and transparent transaction, unlike some other car buying experiences I ve had. Great team and would definitely purchase again. Thanks again!

Please acknowledge the great workmanship performed...

Please acknowledge the great workmanship performed at this last service. With the current work load for the service department, the diesel mechanic performed a major warranty repair job in less time than expected. The battery replacement was recommended. To my surprise, the electrical hookup for my airbag system was reconnected in better condition than I had done.

Thank you again for the those that worked on the F250.

I let Hector know about the 3rd party service pack...

I let Hector know about the 3rd party service package at drop off. About 1:45 I call to make sure he got payment but he wouldn't answer so I drove there as the company is on the east coast and closes at 3 our time. He hadn't. He called while I was there and said they told him that department closed early and I had to pay cash and contact them for reimbursement. It was only about 2pm. I paid and left and called the company myself and they were open. No I have to submit wait wait for my refund because Hector wouldn't or couldn't figure out how to get payment from a 3rd party.

Excellent customer service by Stephanie and the cashiers counter. Only a small hiccup, my truck was ready and they didn t notify me until I asked.

It would be a 5 star review, but I m waiting on Ford to approve a warranty . I was supposed to get a phone call by yesterday

My experience at Team Ford was as expected. Brett, my service consultant, was very professional and patient with my questions. My car s service was completed in the the timeframe he promised. The waiting area was clean and quiet. The Cafe s attendant in the showroom was especially helpful and accommodating. While I only had an oil and filter change, I found it to be a pleasant transaction.
