Magical!!!! Regale !!! Jewel given to the city by an enlightened king: Charles III of Bourbon !!!!
good director, good singers.
direction greve
Joya, the world's first opera theater. There are guided tours of the interior. You have to attend at least once in your life and watch an opera.
Very beautifull. We were also lucky enough to attend the ballet rehearsals. The guide was prepared and was able to describe the theater and its history with passion.
Beautiful opera house with talented guide to bring the history to life.
Stunning architecture and extraordinary interior. Exceptional theatrical performances and excellent views from anywhere.
Antique design and refined and clean place.
Affordable prices.
Easy to reach, close to the historic center and very close to the two Toledo and Municipio underground stations. Placed in front of the Umberto Gallery and around there are many libraries.
Very beautifully decorated appropriately there is a harmony and relaxation that make you feel at home
A must if you visit Napoli. It is the oldest continuously active venue for public opera in the world, opening in 1737. The atmosphere and the experience is worth paying the price for an Opera or Ballet.
Five stars for the guided tour of the Napoli Opera House. Very informative and narrated with passion by our guide. I wish I could visit the opera during performance, but the season hadn't started yet. The guided toor alternative brings you to all the areas you would like to see, even the kings loge.
Il teatro per eccellenza di Napoli e del mondo... Non aggiungo altro...
Molto bello, consiglio di seguire una visita guidata
Has to be spectacular attend a function, I could only visit and the visit is very short but very well attended
An enchanted place, just look up and admire the catapult ceiling in another era!
One of the most beautiful theaters in Italy. Perhaps the most beautiful.
Sacred place of music, majestic and splendid. Definitely worth a visit
The atmosphere of this opera house cannot be explained by words, it must be lived. Magnificent.
Beautiful, from the historical and artistic point of view, the guide could have said more
Beautiful and ancient theater. To visit absolutely. I have been there for various classical and modern dance events and essays. Great visual and sound from anywhere in the theater. Structure well maintained over the years and well maintained. Rare to find wooden armchairs and velvet. The wooden doors with movable doors to enter the balconies. Corridors well lit and covered with red carpeted carpets.
Never found an acoustics like that in a theater. Beautiful interior
Historic theater of Naples that always offers a beautiful opera schedule, I hope to return soon!
Even though I was born in Naples, for various reasons I had never been there, and actually I had lost an immense beauty
Beautiful theater. It provokes intense emotions. It is a magical place.Wonderful the Chinese classical dance I attended recently.
Words are not needed, it is an experience. It must be lived.
Unique emotion, indescribable pathos !!! See Naples ... and then ... you die ... "the feeling is so strong, that it becomes pleasant" even death "... true synthesis !!!
A wonderful theater that leaves you breathless !!!!!
You have to visit the theater, the oldest in the world
We could not visit it because there was evidence ... But I say ... It is a theater! There will always be evidence! In more discordant info between employees ..
A breathtaking environment more than worthy of its fame. It is a splendid theater with perfect acoustics. The shows are very interesting especially as regards the opera. Prices are not very high and are all available on the official website of the theater. The location is perfect, right in front of the spectacular Umberto I gallery. A must see at least once in your life, this like Naples.
Really nice special price and seating for under 30.
A simple theater nothing special, outside and ugly it doesn't even look like a theater, the best of Palermo and more beautiful.
To go at least once in your life ... Suggestive at the highest levels.
Theater not only historical, but I would dare to say magnificent, the acoustics thanks to its horseshoe shape allows a perfection in any location of the hall, and every time you enter a world between, the magic and the dreamlike, physical and metaphysical, I wouldn't know what to ask for more. The masks and the staff always attentive to the needs of the people, and therefore the five stars are more than deserved. P.s in addition to the viewing of works, ballets, etc. .... You can also take a guided tour of the San Carlo, discovering its construction and origins
It is one of the most beautiful theaters in the world and the oldest in Europe. Attending a show there means immerse themselves in the history of culture and music
Beautiful theater rich in history among the most prestigious in the world
Fantastic theater experience exceptional perfect acoustics.
The guided tour was very interesting and it is a theater with a beautiful story
Wonderful theater but service to say the least inadequate. I could not buy the ticket from the website. I purchased a seat on stage # 12, II row (very central stage) for 65 euros. On the day of the show I do not receive a booklet with a description of the work in the list of works. They give me the wrong place. On the stage (2m x 1.5m) there are 8 strictly non-numbered chairs. My chair is in the third row. There is no physical space either for the 8 people or to enjoy the show without having to constantly look for a break between the heads of the other spectators. The show was great but the most uncomfortable ever. For 65 euros the service is ridiculous and absolutely does not reflect the quality and prestige of the theater itself. Such a pity! Franca
I participated in the guided tour. Good driving and very nice areas visited. Interesting historical information and various anecdotes related to the life of this ancient theater.
Beautiful Theater ... a dream to be back after almost 30 years ... it's always an emotion ...
Cause covid visits must be noted. Visit with a very experienced guide. The theater is spectacular. The visit lasts half an hour and the cost is about 7 euros. It is worth seeing. You can take pictures without a flash. Satisfied!
The oldest opera house in the world is buried in many places, but here you have to go!
One of the first great theaters in the world built by the Bourbons in 1737. Spectacular and one of the many primates of Naples
Beautiful historical structure, very well preserved and still used for high level shows. Nationally famous theater. But it falls on the stages, where eight people gather in a space that could not reasonably accommodate more than six.
I enter this theater punctually every year when I spend a few weeks in the Amalfi Coast and I have always enjoyed myself: the theater is architecturally beautiful and welcoming, better than the Piermarini of Milan hosting La Scala, competes for beauty with the Venice Phoenix. Dazzling stage, auditorium and harmonious stages and decorated with universal taste; the rooms are spacious and majestic. High level shows with the artists who always give their best thanks to the support of a competent, warm and far from superb audience. And then beautiful people between public and personal. Among the masks, beautiful and well-formed girls: they always smile at you and solve every problem. Who does not come does not know what is lost. Easy contacts and better prices than elsewhere: the difference with Scala and Fenice is abysmal and not justified because the shows are on the same level for stable choir and orchestra preparation as well as the dance corps and the theater is easily accessible by public and private means . If you love music and life, come here immediately!
A rare beauty in one of the most beautiful cities in the world
Wonderful opera house. Best to attend a performance. I have seen Ermione and especially enjoyed the English "subtitles".
Magnificent theater where history is touched by hand
