Excellent place to go for a quick and local hike. It's not very crowded, but if it does get crowded just keep walking and you'll easily escape the crowds. They also have a good area to see a number of birds they have.

Great place. 8 am to 5 Pm parking is $5 after that its free. Good visitor center. Various places to sit, various hike trails from easy to moderate to hard. Trails are marked properly with white blue and red colors for different trails. Around the lake is 1.5 mile hike which is pretty good, wear good shoes.

Beautiful private nature conservation area. The trails are well marked and maintained. Many times the only reminders that you are in Westchester are the power lines that unfortunately cross the lake.

Trails are well marked. Preserve is in great condition with on going work. Clean bathroom in visitor center and a clean compost outhouse by parking lots.

Well marked trails beautiful spot. There were people there however it was not crowded. Take the TL trail not many people on it and it allows you to see most of what teatown has to offer. We Parked in the lakeside lot not the main visitor center it seemed to be less crowded. Don't miss the raptor display very interesting

One of my favorite places in the area to take a mini-hike. $5 day fee parking (they have solar-powered digital kiosks for your convenience-they need the fee to keep the grounds running). I explored the Cliffdale Farm on the west side and saw a Barr owl. The loop around the lake is quite lovely (lots of fish, turtles, and spied a grey heron). During the week is peaceful and they offer wonderful nature programs for kids and adults just check their site.

Teatown is a wonderful place with a very talented staff that provides a wide range of learning and exploring opportunities. My kids LOVE their camp and my husband and I enjoy their many special family offerings such as maple syrup demonstrations and Eagle Fest. It's also a great place to take a walk anytime of the year. The promise of visiting the birds of prey is a guaranteed draw for the kids.

A peaceful retreat at any time, but especially now in the midst of the pandemic. It was wonderful to get out and breathe fresh air. The trails can be narrow in spots, but people are generally taking extra precautions and being considerate.

What a great place to visit! There is a main entrance for educational instruction. Parking is easy and $5 for the day unless you are a member. The trails are very well marked with a variety of scenery to choose from.

What a beautiful little spot. This is our first time here, but it was the perfect place to take our dog and enjoy the outdoors. It's right down the street from the Ossining dog park and is an on leash experience. But there is certainly enough space for a long lead for your dog.
