Great product that I have used for our house soccer league with 650+ players, my children's hockey league as well as baseball.

I was having issues but they called me immediately after doing some posting on their site, so I m happy they are fixing the issue and got back to me as soon as they probably got my message. I do wish there was a number we could call if needing help, but I get it.

This the worst interface for group communication. Competitive soccer is a lot to manage in it of itself and this site complicates it even more. Instead of being a "tool" it is a total nightmare and point of frustration and anxiety when it comes to team communication. I am pleading with the team to find another platform for communication.

Amazing customer service! Have used this platform for a number of teams that I have been involved with over the last few years and it is so easy to use. Setting up the schedule is easy to use both on the app and desktop. It is also a great tool for team communication offering a few different options for communicating!

BUYER BEWARE - Worst Experiance EVER. They are THEIFS and Good luck trying to reach thier non existant customer service, They auto renewed my accounts with out my authorization. They have no customer service phone number and if you submit an email someone may "Respond in a few hours" What a Joke. this company is and no wonder my Soccer Club switched to sports engine. I have reported to the BBB etc. STAY FAR FAR AWAY From Team Snap I would give no stars byt it was requiered to submit this review

Lots of useful features, but, unbelievably, there is no print function available for the calendar view. "Print Screen" basically doesn't work, because the lines and numbers on the calendar are grey, so when I print it, the dates are too faint to read. This issue has been brought up (online forum) but still nothing. What a simple, stupid mistake they made in overlooking this obvious feature!

Borderline impossible to speak with a real person. They have no phone number to call and you can't even speak with a real person unless you're looking to buy. There are plenty other platforms that have a better experience for the same price. Will not use TeamSnap again until they can figure out how to assist people that have already paid for the app.

Tried repeatedly over weeks to get a response from their customer service support. Absolute silence and no way to reach a human. Very disappointed at the lack of support.
