Went here looking for a phone under $300. Instead I found a rude employee that told me I came to the wrong place, and told me that if I can't afford a good phone then I should shop at walmart.

Zach has spent a lot of time making sure I am happy with my new equipment. I really appreciate his help!

I am traveling nurse very far from home working in Marshfield, Wisconsin. I was looking for a great customer service just like the one I receive in my home town. One of my coworkers told me to ask for Zach he was great. One day, I decided to go after work, I asked for Zach and he was far more than great! He was kind and very detailed in explaining all the options I had!
I am happy to say, I had a great service just like back home!
I would absolutely recommend Zach to anyone looking to purchase or have an inquiry about any of the service Verizon has to offer!!!!

I had a great experience at this Verizon. I came in to get a new phone and open up a Verizon acc/start a phone plan. Jacob was great. He was very professional and kind. I can t remember what the other associates name was but I believe it may have been John? He helped me find a sturdy phone case and a screen protector! 10/10, would recommend this Verizon location to anyone.

We stopped in Marshfield Wisconsin at the 1100 North Central Avenue store to get help with a couple of questions my husband had regarding his cell phone.
Jacob greeted us immediately upon entering the store and asked how he could help; we proceeded to ask our questions one at a time.
In less than 15 minutes he not only answered all our questions but was most excellent in explaining how to fix a problem we had sending a video to someone. We are over 65 and not very tech savvy so truly appreciated this young man Jacob who was not only knowledgeable but also very patient. He is a great asset to this business

Vanessa was FANTASTIC! The first thing I enjoyed, she wasn t pushy at all! Was very knowledgeable & saved us $ in the process! Sometimes I have dreaded getting an upgrade, she made it EASY & PAINLESS!! Thanks Verizon & Vanessa - we are happy customers!!

Very helpful and although I was not able to complete what I had hoped I could, the rep helped me make sure my time there worked out and I left very satisfied.
