so my son started weight training today he trained with Oscar ,Oscar seems to be a really good weight trainer he was very attentive. Easy to talk to at eager to help.I think it's going to be a really good experience for my son.

We are blessed to have the Cohen Weightlifting center within two hours of us, the facility is amazing, and absolutely filled with history. The Cohens are the most genuine, selfless and giving people you could meet and are always available and ready to help! Coach Cohen and family are staples of my own gym's weightlifting seminars and they never disappoint. As a weightlifting Coach myself, it is awesome to be able to come sit back, be the athlete and learn from one of the best in the business.
