My experience with TDS Personnel is a very positive one. I was working with an absolute talent acquisition gem, and her name is Beth Title. Beth is extremely professional, trustworthy, helpful, kind and she also prepared me very well for my interviews. As a result, I was hired for an amazing company & job opportunity after being laid off during the pandemic for 5.5 months! I couldn t be happier. Thank you Beth and TDS Personnel for all of your support.

TDS worked hard to find the perfect match and it really paid off. Kendra Penhale aligned me with my dream job, and I am deeply grateful. Working with TDS really changed my life and career path. For anyone thats confused, lost and overwhelmed by the job market TDS can help. They provide personal touch to their service that no other recruiter does.

My experience with was excellent. I worked with Kendra , who was professional and very supportive. She took the time to listen and work with me, so at the end you end up taken care off.

Both Sherry Boyle (impatient and rude) and Lisa De Jong (rude and loud) were the absolute worst. I have had the misfortune of taking a chance with this agency years ago (big mistake). I recall being yelled at by Lisa (front desk) and being dismissed quickly by Sherry while she was interviewing me. I have never been treated this way by other agencies, only by TDS Personnel (hence the reason for this review).

To those looking for work: please save your time and try other agencies within the GTA who promote professionalism with kindness. Do not waste your time on this place (as they are incredibly picky in who they help)! I don't believe for a second the negative reviews posted are a representation of only a small fraction of candidates, but rather those who had the misfortune of looking for meaningful employment from this agency and are only trying to warn others.
Please be advised that not all the positive reviews posted about this organization are true (perhaps the staff are posting positive reviews in an effort to promote this treachery because deep down they know TDS Personnel has garnered more hate than love over the years.)

TDS Personnel has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did Kendra, the associate I worked with, provide me with job opportunities that I was very interested in, she also has checked in at every step of the way and is always available to answer any questions. She has supported me at every step, from helping me prepare for the interviews to check in months into the job. Couldn't be happier with this firm. Highly recommend!!!!

Overall an amazing team! I worked with Kendra and she provided me with beneficial information in preparation for the interviews and was always available to answer my questions throughout the procedure of finding my new position. She also kept continuous contact with me and even followed up with me to see if I settled down well in the my new workplace. I would definitely recommend TDS!

I had a very unpleasant experience with this agency. They try to be nice on your first visit, getting to know you until you open up. They then take your info and trick you and push you to the edge of being scammed. If they can t sense an opportunity to scam you that is when chaos begins where they will yell at you and give you all kinds of apathetic attitudes until you beg for them to help.

My advice: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Please save your time and don t let your day get ruined.

As a recruiter she maintained a highly professional demeanour and was always very friendly and found me the perfect job instantly!
