Sat in the loge area (lower bowl) for a bruins game. Seats are comfortable, usher was good, and lots of good food and drink choices. It's an older building obviously. Entering and exiting the building is very busy but the flow of people makes it not so bad.

I went to the 2nd round 2nd game of the Boston Bruins and Columbus Blue Jackets Stanley Cup Playoffs and I was blown away by our seats and how well the staff at the venue was so helpful. I would go again when I am back in town.

The place is really great and everything. But be sure that you haven t taken your tablet with you because they won t let you in and you have to go to a liquor store near there and they charge you $10 to keep your tablet. It bumped us out a bit to go all the way out of there in a freezing weather and look for the liquor store...

Only good thing here is the team that plays here. Ownership is so greedy to make a buck they shrunk the seat size down to fit 1 more seat per row and pushed the rows together. Most uncomfortable I've been in a while. Couldnt even sit should to shoulder with my young son. Years ago when the B's were bad they were begging people to buy tickets. Way to pay back the fans Jacobs family.

Their ADA accessibility is horrible. Wasnt able to purchase ADA tickets and was told i could talk to someone when went concert about sitting in ADA. They gave me a hard time, expecting to climb 12 rows up steep stairs. They sell up to 4 tickets per purchase so the ADA sell out quick and dont have much room.

Great place to see Celtics win! Tough place for opposing team fans to enjoy themselves as the place gets loud + they rarely lose at home.
Rafters are full of epic history & greatness...
Only downside is the price of beers.

Parking was easy although was $50 for the day. We went to a Bruins game and sat in a luxury box. The food was good and the veiw was awesome, could see the game very well. We hung out a bit afterwards and leaving the parking garage was a breeze.

I really enjoy coming here for different events but you may want to eat and drink before coming because everything is kinda pricey. Also, if you are overweight, dont try sitting in the nosebleed section because you wont fit in the chairs. Having said that, I dont think there is one bad seat in the arena!

The craziest fans I've seen at a basketball venue. From green hair to fully grown adults wearing Celtics footie pj's, it is a must see for the history alone. I sat in the nose bleed section (3 rows from the top) and not really a bad seat in the house. But it is still Go Spurs Go!

Massive renovations underway that will increase parking and decrease traffic(we hope) the facility itself is relatively modern, expensive as with most sporting arenas, decent team store, multiple food choices, however not as many as historic Fenway, it still cant compare to the old garden however, it lacks the ambiance the old garden had, and as with most modernized institutes, theres a feeling of isolation and a lack of community drive, but dont let that fool you Boston has the most devout sports fans in the world

Great venue and really enjoyed watching hockey for the first time in this venue. Biggest issues were over the PA announcements were inaudible. Plenty of concession stands, not enough male and female amenities in a venue that size which saw long lines at pinnacle moments during period breaks and egress. Great merchandise stores throughout, including the hub which was massive. Looking forward to coming back when the internal construction is complete

The Bruins game was great! But after the game while waiting for our train on the lower level...other than the panhandlers, pigeons leaving their mark on the benches, and the pile of vomit from an intoxicated patron, the experience was outstanding. Oh yeah, the Amtrak train was delayed by a half hour, so we had extra time to enjoy our experience, which gave me time to use the facilities. I didn't think I could hold my breath for three minutes. The bathroom was plain disgusting.

TD Bank arena was great! I like the place for shows as they have great facilities. Of course, drinks and food are super expensive, but they are tons are locations to get food/drink, so the lines are not very long. Balcony seats are a little scary because they are so high. Lodge seats are great. Ultimately, its a good place for seeing a show.

Such a great place! Seats in the upper bowl are small and there isn't much leg room and vendor prices are high. Nothing surprising for a professional venue. Overall very clean and the staff were very professional and nice.

Gotta love TD. Prices are high, but so is all of Boston. Getting to and from is usually simple. The T goes right to the arena as well as the down Easter all the way from Maine. Great venue for watching just about anything. Intimate and well maintained.

Conessions are convenient. For a sold out game lines weren't bad at all because there are a bunch of options. Merch and concessions are pricey but they are at every sporting event. Great atmosphere for a Celtics game!

Attended a concert at the garden last night and I was originally considering leaving a one star review (while at the venue) for the TOTAL lack of organization and communication with the concession stands, but the attendant who was by our seats provided outstanding customer service and i am writing the review because she deserves a mention! I left four stars instead of five because the concession stands deserve one as they do not accept cash and don t inform you ahead of time (before entering the venue or before ordering). I was a bit irritated as I would have brought a payment method other than cash had I been informed in advance. How ever the customer service and positive attitude of the attendant in our section deserves some recognition!

We bought tickets on presale and were seated on the aisle of loge 11 (loge 11-12 entrance) after a stressful ride to the venue (drove to a train station then took two trains to get there) we were tired but still incredibly excited for the show. We accidentally sat in the wrong seats which we figured out shortly after, but the female attended of that section went out of her way to be so helpful and friendly. I have been to many concerts between the Garden and Xfinity center and never once have I felt that an attendant went out of there way to improve the experience of concert goers by going above and beyond to be so friendly and make sure everyone was safe but also having a great time. I was hesitant originally about purchasing aisle seats because I wanted to enjoy the show and not worry about being in the way or getting yelled at for dancing and having a good time but the attendant in our section was so friendly she really made the whole experience great (the concert was great itself but the experience of being at the venue.)

Very good facility, good place to catch a Bruins or Celtics game. Very well connected, really easy to get to, and lots of bars/pubs/restaurants nearby. Seats in the arena are pretty decent. Although, everything here, from tickets to concessions, is extremely expensive.

Saw Mumford and Sons here with my boy friend ans had a blast! Our seats were awesome. Only down side, drink prices are steep for a beer...even for a nasty basic bud light. I paid $15 for one beer.

Parking is a nightmare inside and outside. Parking prices are outrageous. Fees for events are ridiculous. Concession are more than places I ve gone in NY. I avoid all shows I can. Otherwise inside is clean and staff are a hit or miss.

Great venue to hold these huge sporting events!! Large capacity and good visibility even from the balcony due to the large screens. I would recommend coming here for any fun thing happening, just buy tickets early to not overspend on them! Go Celtics! Hashtag Boston pride :)

The TD Garden replaced the old Boston Garden. While it's a fairly utilitarian design, it is still the home to the Celtics parquet floor and the many, many championship banners.

Within the Garden is the New England Sports Museum, which is a great place to visit.

A huge new development, The Hub is going up all around the Garden. It will become a major Boston destination.
