TD Garden Reviews

They never fixed a ticket issue. They upgraded us (nothing special) never told us. It was "due to construction" so something they knew abour. Made is go threw the crowds, security TWICE and stand in a long line to figure the ticket issue out. This could have been fixed prior.

Sitting in the club seats for the bruins game was a great experience. In seat menu and less crowds. Would be great if you have a little one you want to bring to the game but don't want to fight the crowds.

The stadium is not perfect but great. Seats are a little bit crowded as well as the restroom. But the point is that it holds a hell lot of great shows. I watched couple games of the Celtics for the past season there and they got all Ws. Just came out of the Kevin Hart Irresponsible show and it's on fire! Had to rate it 5 stars based on my experience.

I came here for a preseason game with my fraternity brother and could have been more impressed. The sight lines are excellent. The crowed was too. Mind you this was a preseason game, but the fans were amazing. I can't imagine how you'd come here and not have a great time watching Celtics basketball.

Super cool stadium. Did the museum tour. Unfortunately, they are in the middle of their nhl/nba season so we couldn t go into their locker room. But the tour was a reasonable price ($15 per adult) and well worth it.

The latest improvements have made the TD Garden a great destination for sports and entertainment fans.

Great place for games and shows. Good for adults and family.

Disney on Ice was great for my son. TD Garden is a great arena that only can get 5 stars .

Love going to Bruins games at TD Garden. Great barn for hockey, not a bad seat. Try the new skewered chicken and steak place! Grilled to order over open flame. Best food I've had a hockey game.

Great environment to watch a game. I came in to town to see the Bruins play my beloved Maple Leafs. The venue is way better laid out than many of the stadiums I've been to. Frequently spaced concession stands and bathrooms made the intermissions less of a struggle to get back to my seat before the period started. The local fans were also great, we had se good chirping going back and forth but nothing that went over the line. My friends and I never felt unwelcome and I know my entire group is pumped to visit again!

Had a good time but the seats are very cramped. Been in several stadiums and this one had the worst seat cramming issue. I get you are trying to make money, but at the cost of comfort. Paid for fairly close seats too. Literally had to sit crooked in my seat to fit. I'm 5'11" 195 to put it in perspective.

It was great because I did not have to drive. We used the train from Scarborough Maine. The hockey game was great . I give it 4 stars because the seats are too small.

Great place, Easy to get to, Boston Bruins didn't have the moves this game & were trounced by the Colorado Avalanche 4-1.

I have never been here before they redid the seating, but I will definitely not be back. The seats are way too uncomfortable, and as you will most likely be spending a lot of your time here in them, I cannot recommend it. Whatever it is...watching it on TV is probably a better experience. (Unless you can afford the better seating options).

Facility is beautiful with all the rich history, great for sporting events, concerts and etc. I do reccomend not eating there though. Food is overly expensive and quality is below frozen dinner standards.

It was awesome my number one spot to go to for sports and to see pepole from all over.The food was on point tasty pizza seafood everything you might not no they got it.

Historically a landmark only how wonderful to have attended many of events whether circus, sporting event, or concert with family and friends at TD Garden aka "the Garden".

The area has come a long way since The Big Dig was completed. It looks great inside and out. The parking prices are as ridiculously high as you'd expect. The connection with the T makes it convenient to take the train to North Station and walk into "The Gahden". My biggest gripe is the security check you go through to take your seat for the event you're taking in. They do not provide advanced notice of items that are not permitted in the building. Do yourself a favor and make a note that these items include cigarette lighters, vaping devices, and even brief cases. My experience was attending a family show and waiting in a long line of attendees to go through the security check. Once there was when I was informed I had an item that was not permitted in the building. I could either throw it away or go to a tavern off the premises to have them hold my vaping device for a fee. This after quite a wait to get to that point. Being that we were seeing a matinee, the tavern wasn't open. After going back into the venue and explaining the situation, I was sent off the premises again to find a retail establishment that would allow me to check my device. Eventually I found one willing to do it, but had to go through a long line a second time to get to the security check. I refused to be pat down all over again because my family and I had already done that. We only had to find storage for my vape. Barely made it to our seats before the show started. Ran to the concession stand and learned the cashiers now request a tip. It's been a while since I have been to an event at the Garden, so that was a surprise. It was not a good experience although the show we saw was very well done. If I can avoid The Garden I will, but it's near impossible to do. I will simply be selective and go there even less often.

Club level is where it's at. Great in seat service and beautiful concourse.

You expect to pay $16 for a watered down bud light. What you dont expect is to have to spend the next week visiting the chiropractor several times because they made the seats so small and uncomfortable that they feel lile medieval torture devices. $200 a ticket then $60 parking to be so uncomfortable you have to stand up halfway through the show and watch what you can from the aisle before giving up and leaving early. What an abomination. I'll never go back there. Neither will my friend who came with me and suffered similar back pain all week. Those people responsible should be jailed.

I have the privilege of rating the home of the Boston Bruins. I have been to the garden for many hockey games and many concerts. The convenience of the train downstairs is perfect. The place is very clean, the seats are comfy. The beer and food is expensive but that is typical for any event venue. The bathrooms are clean and they will confuse you and change men rooms to womens during concerts. The staff is friendly and very helpful. If you get the opportunity to go. You should!

Loved the atmosphere during a Celtics game. The TD Garden is very modern, and has a lot of staff and security making sure everything is running smoothly. It s also very convenient since the train station is right there. Food is decent though not a lot of healthy options available. It is also the main venue for the most popular artist concerts in Boston. There s also different shops where they sell sports jerseys.

Awesome hockey experience. Would highly recommended it to anyone!

Nice building, nice seats, helpful staff, wildly expensive food

TD Garden is a great arena. However I m a guy that cares more about my career than being entertained and there are some careers where a college degree is not good enough to get you to where you wanna be, you have to find resources and direction on how to get there including asking crew members, I wasn t gonna take more than a minute and then I d find out other ways outside of the event but my god, the staff here are so damn annoying. Trying to shove me out of the arena seconds after the show was over, directing me one way out like I m a lost puppy. If I was taking over 5-10 minutes, I d get it but this venue might as place me in shackles. I had to give an attitude back to them because they were talking to me like I m some idiot. Seriously, screw off, I ve never had a job where I was allowed to rush someone out.

Home town Stadium! Very nice venue to see any event at. I've been to multiple concerts here, Celtics games, Bruins games, WWE. Enough said!!!

Only been for sporting events. As expected from professional sporting tickets can be reasonable if you don't mind the top seats but deals can be found lower down. But always a great experience

The amount of advertising is surely annoying, but I have had a lot of fun. Good Celtics game and people s vibration was awesome. Be sure to visit the the place to watch hockey or a basketball game!!!

Great sports venue with a nice selection of restaurants and bars nearby. The balcony seats are way too narrow though. Hope they'll be replaced

Went to the Tool concert. Awesome. Easy to get around inside. Vendors are very nice. Lots of people smoking weed. I love Boston!

Good venue to see an event but the new seats are hard and tiny

If you are just in town and want to check out a game for cheap, grab a ticket off stub hub near the end of the 2nd quarter. Half a game was enough for us!

Updated seats are comfy, bathrooms surprisingly clean, and easy to access. Prices are outrageous for food and drinks though. Overall, a great time!

Boston Celtics vs Charlotte Hornets. It was a pleasure to be there. Very exiting evening.
TD Garden is very well communicated. There is a shop with sports wears ans suvenires. There are many fast food restaurants.

So nice!! We saw U2 here and it was amazing. The bars are awesome and the staff is super helpful. We didn t park at the arena, so that was helpful too.

The garden has always been a special place to see a game, but the recent renovations really elevate the experience

First time for me. Quite an experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone was considerate of each other.

Great venue for sporting events (Bruins, Celtics) and for seeing any major artist in concert. As of this review, we were at a Bruno Mars sow - an incredible one too!

As with any 19,000+ venue in any major city, food and drink are overly expensive. As for seating, I feel the best seats are the mid-level Loge or any Club seats located near the middle of the venue.

Since TD Garden is part of North Station, you can use mass transit to reduce travel and parking costs. However, if you intend to drive from either north or south of Boston, I recommend using the North End Garage. It's a great choice because you will avoid all of the entering/exiting traffic to/from the event. However, expect to pay $40.00 for event parking. This is the going rate.

Absolutely amazing staff. I have a broken foot and the staff went above and beyond to help me from getting to from point A to point B

I love seeing hockey games at TD Garden, but the tickets are very expensive and the beer is pricey. They are in the process of making improvements, but most are geared towards people who can afford the most expensive tickets. I hope to see some improvements for us regular old folks in the he near future.

seats are really steep and there's more leg room on budget airlines but the concert was great

Came to the garden to watch the Bruins vs. Islanders game. Had a great time - Bruins won !

The chairs are too small! I literally was squeezed by two people! The pathway is a little narrow! When someone is walking past me, they step on my feet! I can't move my feet away because it will be uncomfortable for me!

Saw imagine Dragons. It was Fantastic! The garden has great sound. Another thing I like is that almost any seat there is a good seat. It is small enough that you can easily see the stage from anywhere you sit.

An absolutely beautiful basketball and hockey arena! Being from San Jose and going to the TD Garden for a Bruins game was honestly one of the best things I could have done, the seat was cheap, great view and the fans welcomed me as one of their own

Concert was awesome except all of the weed/pot being smoked openly. And yet I was not allowed to bring in a small pocket knife that I've carried since I was a kid. Seems like a double standard

Tickets in boardroom- great food and great place to see games at TD Garden.

Lots of history on Boston sports. Tour guide was very informative.

More signs would be helpful if you don't know where to go. Great spot though, better than Times Union Center. Good sound and view from most seats. Clean but small bathrooms.

Woah! Saw Cher, great show. TD Garden had to deal with an obloxious pair of girls. They arrived in numbers and handled the situation quickly!

TD, the home of the celtics, bruins and many many amazing events. Huge, legendary artists have performed here and it just has a special feeling whenever your there. It's like one of the many sparks Boston has.

Disney on Ice is always fun. The seating could be better and pricing is a bit expensive but over all it's a great time

I thought it could be more updated... restrooms were just barely acceptable.Apparently they're in the process of construction ..so we'll see in a few months I guess. But I wasn't impressed by there design and layout

Great hockey game last nigh and incredible win for the Bruins vs Canadiens. With all the sports history in the Boston Area, like the Boston Bruins, Boston Celtics, Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots and so many more teams it s no wonder Bostonians go crazy for their sports.

This building is incredible for hockey games and basketball games. I m yet to try a concert here but I m sure it s fabulous too. Seating is comfortable, food is delicious and the staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

New upgrades very disappointing to the new reconfiguration of the seating. Long time ticket holder (38 yrs) price went up and seats set back farther from the court with terrible site lines ( obstructive views) .

In and out, everything runs smooth and lines go quickly. Very little waiting. A great arena to watch hockey(and probably basketball, but I havent been to a Bball game there)

Huge Celtics Fan so of course I love the TD Garden.

The acoustic for concerts is good but be aware that if you are in the balcony on the sides the speakers may prevent you from seeing the stage

The home of the 2011 Stanley Cup Champions, Boston Bruins!!! There is not a bad seat in the house. I have sat in section 308 upstairs and in the lodge many times. You really can't go wrong at The Garden. Buyer beware, the concession prices are outrageous!!!

I often meet up with friends at the TD Garden. I feel very safe parking my car below the venue! The TD Garden is clean, modern and the staff is so friendly and helpful! It s really a highlight of my year attending Celtics games.

Always an amazing experience at this arena. Staff for event are always pleasant, and respectful!

Just saw Justin Timberlake on April 6th, it was an amazing experience!

It's always fun to watch the Bruins play, especially if you've got seats near the glass. Parking is easy (expensive), but you can always hop on the T instead. There are lots of great restaurants nearby for pre- or post- game entertainment. The only thing I don't like about TD is the seat spacing. I'm an average sized woman, and I find the seats to be very narrow. It must be very uncomfortable for tall or larger people. It's worse than the middle seat on an airplane. But, it's okay to deal with for a few hours to watch your team play. Go Bruins!

Easy to get to and very modern. Great food options and even the bad seats are good. Fun atmosphere. Go Celtics!

Definitely have to visit the garden. The place is awesome and the environment is always great the energy is always amazing we usually watch it at the boardroom but all the seats are good it's all about the energy. Celtics Nation

I purchased Club level seats for a Bruins game this past week, and I was very disappointed to learn what they deem to be club . The seats were so small and so close together that my knees were digging into the seat in front of me the entire game, and the armrests were worse than coach on an airplane. Staff were friendly and helpful though, but it s clear that the people in suits just want to make the biggest profit possible rather than create a proper venue for events.

We are Boston Celtics fans and love the atmosphere of TD Garden. We have flown to Boston, as a family, twice in the last year to attend Celtic games. The only feedback I would have is the new seating. If you are a taller individual (6 foot or taller) you can plan on your knees hitting the seat in front of you. Fortunately enough you can get up and stretch to eliminate being cramped for long periods of time.
