Have joined recently. Very professional.
Sarah is so lovely.

Very bad management, some of the workers don t know what they re doing especially that one lady I think her name is sliva/Silvia or whatever she s so rude and fake, doesn t listen to what your saying and accuses people of lying.

I sincerely do not recommend this place, there s tons of other, better, agencies you could apply to so save yourself from the headaches and not apply.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working with TBC. I have worked with alternative agencies in the past but the quality and professionalism provided by TBC is second to none.

The team in the office are always very accommodating and friendly with me. Their flexibility is a very refreshing change compared to other agencies, as is their recruitment process which is actually fun rather than being long and laborious like others.

Would definitely recommend this agency over any others.

Horrible place to work for, Silvia is one of the worst managers you could work for. Also people may want to know that this company is a undercover escort agency, so keep that in mind when applying!

Disgraceful!- Out of all the people in the interview who were white Londoners, I (Asian Muslim), was singled out and declined to proceed for a further interview. Felt uncomfortable and intimidated. The interviewer cut me off, whilst I was giving my interview in front of the group, but allowed the others to continue.

Wouldn't recommend applying

The most supportive and nicest retail agency going. Strict but flexible. If you re organised and keep everything in check arrive on time etc etc, you will get it back tenfold. The team have always been sensitive to my needs, gotten me great shifts and when I needed time off for personal reasons they couldn t have been more accommodating. Can t recommend enough.
