Professional hard working staff from the laundry and kitchen to the accounting and operations departments

My name is Deak matteson a new hire at Taylors. Im a steward who has been in the gulf for 20+ yrs. I find that Taylors is a competitive offshore catering firm that has been there for me already. The staff in HR and HSE were very thorough with helping me . Everyone has been very professional in my application and training process. I find that a company willing to invest in individuals who are qualified, is a company that is definitely set on their mission statement of providing the best catering experience in offshore applications. Im new but i look at this company as a whole as one who will look out first for the client and their employees. I hope to have a long and prosperous journey with Taylors. My personal thanks to the company and its devoted staff. I know without a doubt that u care about me and providing great people and services to the offshore industry.

I left the company in good standing when I resigned after 4 years,and when I tried to return,they shot me down. I , (from what I've seen) am WAY better than most of the jailhouse cooks that they hire. Your loss Taylors.....

Highly UNPROFESSIONAL. Bad weather, flight gets delayed 3 day straight, nobody's fault, I get it. But employees get told it's not the company responsibility to feed nor house them for those three days, when it should be their obligation to make sure the people who go out and do good work and make a good name for the company are well accommodated! Office personnel puts u on hold for hours at a time telling u such n such are in meetings, and that you should have brought more money with you No consideration whatsoever. Even after explained to them that our funds were depleted still nothing. Like how can u even go home and eat a hot meal n sleep after hearing 3 of ur employees were stranded and hungry! So my opinion, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY INCONSIDERATE people and I wouldn't advise my worst enemy to do business with these people! Just my OPINION!! Advice to all new employees, check ur pay stubs, I've heard current employees complain about missing wages.

I've been working for Taylor's now for 5 months, and it's been good thus far. They keep me busy and I've enjoyed the different jobs. The office personal has been nice and helpful. I would like to make a lil more money, but I do understand that it's a business. I'm just grateful to have a job and the opportunity to be back offshore again.
