Terrible. So many things that made it an never again experience, I won t even be able to fit it all in this review.

First off made a reservation just for us to jot have a table when arriving. We asked for salad with our entrees, received soup. Food was greatly overpriced. Hibachi should never cost $30 for one plate for steak & rice. There is a bar available but drinks weren t properly mixed. It was my husband, son, & I but we had a gratuity automatically added to bill stating we were a large party....HOW?

If all of that doesn t make it bad enough I get home & see I was charged $130. With tip added my bill was $85 when I left restaurant. So they basically either added more tip or charged my card for someone else s bill. Either way ridiculous. I tried contacting them multiple times but nearly impossible. Finally spoke with management, he wanted me to drive back in person with bank statement instead of taking it through an email. I decided it would be easier to dispute charge with bank.

This restaurant will never get another cent out of me. Go to Mongolian Crazy fire around the corner. Way better & the price matches.

This place is an ripoff! The only good thing I ll say is the cook we received on the grill, Christopher, was entertaining. The only reason I could understand anyone going there.

First time going here, went on Valentine's Day and even though the service was a bit slow they made it up by free appetizers so you can't complain there. Extra busy so we absolutely understood. Very good food , nice wait staff and Great Cooks. Highly recommend

Average but good. Huge portion sizes, more private grills then some Japanese steakhouses

We love this place. Food is always delicious. This past trip we Celebrated 3 April birthdays and had a wonderful time.

Horrible Customer Service. Originally told us wait time was 35 minutes, waited 35 minutes plus 45 minutes to even be seated at a table. Once seated it took our waitress 20 mins to bring out drinks, and even longer for soup and salad. Then an additional 2 hours to even get our food on the grill. Of course frustrated we requested a discount for the long wait time which was 20 .. Which should've been 50% off for the four hour wait. They then added a group gratuity to our tickets of 18% which basically replaced the discount

Our waiter was amazing. But the fact that we made a reservation for 7:30 and wasn t even seated till 8 is a problem. Then they tell us at 8:50 that it s going to be a long wait for a chef. It s frustrating especially when you have 5 hungry kids with you. It just isn t right

It was all good until we realized he never cooked our steak and he never came back, then when we got our bill they were charging us double. And charging the kids as adult prices. Took them over 30 mins until we got the bill correct....

If you go just make sure you get your steak and double check the bill.

Entertainment was good.

I went here with a 4 of my friends, at the end of our meal there was an 18% gratuity added to each of our checks, I ask them to take if off and I was told they couldn't the register did that, but there were others at our table not in our party that did not have the gratuity. I told them I was paying for me and my daughter, they brought separate checks with the 18% added to both. Last I checked the gratuity was added to parties of 6 or more and the gratuity can be taken off, because you cannot be forced to pay for bad service. I visit restaurants all the time and I tip very well, but this place will not get anymore of my business. Management didn't even take the time to come over and address the issue

Best hibachi scallops I've had in a long time! My wife, daughter, and I enjoyed the experience. Will be back, even after moving 30 minutes away
